the staff, owner andatmosphereare all incredible here. the food is beyond any good review possible. it was simply outstanding. you cannot go to niagara falls and not eat here. i can't possibly say enough good about this restaurant. the steak absolutely destroys the keg or anywhere else in niagara and i've been to almost every high end place for dinner. i found the pricing to be very good for what you're getting in return also. i will be back here again and again

birthday dinner. my dear hubby and i visited this fine establishment, june 3, 2013. theatmosphereis delightful, romantic, and not overdone. we were met by a superb waiter/bartender, don who went above and beyond to ensure our experience was superb. the owner took his time to greet and make our acquaintance. the food was absolutely fabulous! we started with sweet and spicy chicken bites, that far exceeded our expectations. my hubby ordered a filet mignon with jumbo shrimp as a main and i ordered striploin steak. the meat was grilled to perfection, the potatoes were the best i have ever enjoyed, the veggies were tender crisp, exuding nutrients. don suggested a delightful pinto blanc, which was crisp and light, a wonderful accompaniment to our main course. we cannot express enough how well-prepared the food was from starter to main. the service is immpeciable! we would highly recommend this fine restaurant to everyone! kudos sandstone grillhouse! hope you prosper well! thanks so much for the best dining experience i have ever had! by the way, as i write this two hours later, we are still satiated!

we were a group of college graduates seeking for a well priced steakhouse. i made reservation for 23 persons at 5pm for 8pm. gentleman over the phone was super accomodating and he booked a part of the restaurant for us. we arrived at the sandstone and we were well greated. theatmospherewas really nice as there was a lot of people from
all age groups. also, there was 2 gents playing music which was great, a nice change. barry, our server, was great from start to finish. considering we were a large group, service was fast and well done. the surf and turf special was delicious! good drinks as well! the lighting, the decor, the music were awesome add-ons to a nice restaurant experience. compliments to the kitchen, the owner and our excellent server barry! cheers guys!

a very nice choice!. sandstone grillhouse was a wonderful experience all around. my husband had spaghetti and meatballs (to die for), my daughter had the kids' menu pepperoni pizza (homemade - not frozen) and my mom and i had tenderloin that was divine! my dad loved his ribeye steak and theatmospherewas fabulous. i think my favorite part was the vintage cow sippy cup they brought my daughter's drink in. i only wish they had them for sale! you won't go wrong if you choose sandstone during your trip to niagara falls, on. a treasure, for sure.

nice atmosphere, attentive staff. my parents, partner and i went here this past weekend on our first night of our niagara falls trip. we were seated immediately, no lines. theatmospherewas nice, lovely music being played by a small band. they had a deal on bottles of wine, we ordered a pinot noir (wish i could remember the brand as it was really good) for $25! they had several dinner specials on: my partner and mom shared one that included pork tenderloin, chicken, potatoes and roasted vegetables for $45. both said it was delicious. my dad ordered a steak and said it was one of the best he's had in a long time. i ordered pasta and it too was very good. all in all, this was by far the best restaurant we visited on our niagara falls trip.

really enjoyed the restaurant. food was very good. i had the sandstone burger and my fiancé had the sandstone pizza. yum! our waiter was awesome, very friendly. theatmospherewas also nice. it was very laid back. if i lived in the area i would definitely go back.

this place is superb in all aspects. tratmosphereis friendly and homey, the food was high quality, presented very well and it didn't gouge us in true pocket. if you're looking for a more upclass dining experience that you could share with your kids they also have a menu for them. i would highly recommend the meditteranean goat cheese chicken, it's fabulous. i would definitely go back here again. 5 stars.

the only place that you should leave your house for in niagara. if you want a place that is priced right, has great food, great service, greatatmospherego to sandstone. it's a wonderful family-run restaurant that is the best place to go for a great meal or a drink. you never have to worry about a fantastic meal or getting your dollars worth. it will be great everytime!
it's the only place to eat in niagara. casual or dressed up..you ca't go wrong!
