samurai sushi and hibachi. overall, i really enjoyed samurai hibachi and i thought thefoodwas great. there were two different chefs who would come around to everyone's table and make thefoodin front of you, which is a change from most restaurants. once they got started, thefoodwas prepared pretty quickly and i would definitely come back in the future. i would recommend almost anyone to this restaurant because the menu is fairly simple, but still enough options to choose a great dish. the building did not appear that big at first and was a little difficult to find, but once you go inside it seems way bigger than it did from the outside. they mainly serve sushi and at the hibachi they serve meat or vegetables with your choice of noodles or rice. they had some different drinks like cranberry juice, but also had regular drinks we see in most restaurants. there wasn't any music playing in the hibachi part, but there was pretty low lighting and minimal decorations. this demonstrates their culture we have been studying because it is pretty laid back and simple and the chefs do need to concentrate! i really liked this restaurant and i would definitely come back again soon.
