the only thing good about thisplaceis the music. we came here for new years eve and what a mess. overbooked with not enough staff. servers were running around in the weeds all night. we paid for a pre fixed dinner that we had to order each course as it came. had to find our server twice so we could get our food fired. just really sad. and also a first ever dining experience ........our wine was brought to our table and not opened. server just left it with 2 glasses and walked off. i guess i was suppose to bring my own wine opener. had to wait in a line at the bar since we couldn't find our server to have it opened. completely managements fault. doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that you need extra servers on one of the busiest nights of the year for restaurants. there were also cstomers being over served and just trashed spilling drinks on the dance floor all night. i really want to love thisplacebut its clear they just want to get as many people in there to make money and could care less about the experience . if you go there with just the expectations of listening to great music only and dont pay attention to the bad service and management then you should be fine. maybe on a regular weekend night its much better but i will never know because im not going back.

i have visited thisplacecouple of times as its between home and office and customers so dropping by in the evening is a good option.

don't waste your time. i've been there twice- staff was incredibly rude both times- no matter where i stood- some rude bouncer repeatedly said "you can't stand there" in a very rude tone- plus, i'm 48, don't look it, but that doesn't matter as it's cougartown after 10- so if you are a young dude(20-27), looking to possibly score an older woman(55 or so), or maybe a sugarmomma, give it a shot. if you're in your mid 30's or beyond, these women will think of you as a "grandpa", no matter how good you look or how in shape you are- just the way it is. thisplaceis only popular because the plano/frisco area is pretty much "familyville", and not conducive for a single male looking to meet some women. and the cougars here who think they are so "hot"- lmao- yes, a few are, but for the most part they are nothing to write home about. thisplacewill eventually be circling the drain when the "newness" wears off, which it of course will. it's predecessor, martini park, was "the place" when it first opened too, and of course, thatplacewent out of business- and in those days, the staff was a lot friendlier than the blockheads who work at sambuca 360

thisplacesucks!!! management must be blind, deaf & dumb to not see the glaring problems thisplacehas. horrible service and an over all attitude that "ourplaceis something special" well sorry to disappoint but from the look at all of the other negative reviews yourplaceis on the steep decline. ridiculous drink prices and food on par with a humperdinks (which is not good) well i heard competition is coming very soon to n dallas and very nearby so sambuca may just go the way of fox sports grill soon!!!! ie: closed!!!!!!

a grown upplacei can take my kidd to!. i had made plains to have a date night with my husband last friday night but my sitter called and said she couldn't make it @ 5:00 that day! i thought "no date night" i had reservations and called to cancel due to no sitter and the hostess said they offer a kids menu much to my surprise so i added one to our reservations. this is the first time i have been to sambuca 360 and it will not be the last. from the moment we walked through the door we had the warmest greetings to our server that was so patient with our 8 year old daughter and made us all feel special. i loved the cucumber pineapple crush and the citrus salmon i had was light & fresh but i wish i had ordered the blackened halibut my husband loved it so much he would only give me one bit!
then the live music started and we all felt like rock stars.
finally aplacethat has grown up taste but still accommodates families.

this is the worstplacefor customer service! i have been here twice and treated with disrespect and disdain both times! i have no idea how the food and drinks are because the employees turn your stomach with their rudeness! the only thing good about thisplaceis that downtown fever plays there occasionally, but you can see them at z tap & grill or down under!

they have it all. this is theplaceto be seen! i absolutely love the atmoshere in this place. omg!! i am completely blown away by the top notch service and food. my suggestion is to try the seabass it is to die for!! you will not be disappointed. ask for the pomtini to wash it down!! you will be pleased!

food was ok.. but, it was way overpriced. my office is on bishop, so thisplaceis walking distance. there are many other chices in the area that are much better. food was just ok, nothing to get excited about. they didn't change the decor much after it was martini's, and it seems to be about the same crowd. lot's better choices within a few blocks.

live music.. thisplaceopened during the summer and became popular instantly (partly because there are no decent dance clubs in the area). its got great ambience, good drink selection. you can either go on a saturday night for the dance floor or on a regular day to grab a drink and catch the game.
the crowd's pretty good here.

sambuca 360 has a small restaurant, because the emphasis is on the bar. even so, the food is quite good. the chopped salad was great, and the chicken teriyaki came out perfect. the only complaint was that the iced tea glasses were too small. be warned that thisplaceturns into a cougar den after 10.
