its okay.. honestly thefoodis not bad, it's actually good. the live music is a nice twist and it has a good size bar.

thefooddoes not compare to other restaurants in the area especially for the price.foodpresentation is poor; nothing unique or distinguishing about it. when paying over $40 for a meal i expect a nice display. the restaurant looked nice but the chairs were quite uncomfortable.

nice but over priced. definitely not worth it.

suggestion: eat elsewhere. come here for drinks and live music.

the only thing good about this place is the music. we came here for new years eve and what a mess. overbooked with not enough staff. servers were running around in the weeds all night. we paid for a pre fixed dinner that we had to order each course as it came. had to find our server twice so we could get ourfoodfired. just really sad. and also a first ever dining experience ........our wine was brought to our table and not opened. server just left it with 2 glasses and walked off. i guess i was suppose to bring my own wine opener. had to wait in a line at the bar since we couldn't find our server to have it opened. completely managements fault. doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that you need extra servers on one of the busiest nights of the year for restaurants. there were also cstomers being over served and just trashed spilling drinks on the dance floor all night. i really want to love this place but its clear they just want to get as many people in there to make money and could care less about the experience . if you go there with just the expectations of listening to great music only and dont pay attention to the bad service and management then you should be fine. maybe on a regular weekend night its much better but i will never know because im not going back.

terrible service. we went there to enjoy a early dinner on the outside patio. after being seated we waited long for the waitress & finally ordered our drinks. the drinks never made it to our table more people got seated and people that got there received their drinks until she finally realized it and got our drinks and never apologized for the wait. we ordered ourfoodand waited over a hour and decided to finally leave. the waitress was very young inexperience and we never received any apology for the manager. just bad service all together on a sunday afternoon. walked over to mi cocina which what we should of done in the first place.

both my girlfriend and i liked the food. we were looking for something new besides the normal americanfoodand sambuca checked the box. the drinks are alright too. good vibe and live music was a nice touch. only complaint is they don't allow flat bill hats. get on the bandwagon people. flat bills are in style and not all people who wear them are hood rats. take note mr manager

greatfoodbad service. this was my first time to sambuca 360 and i've heard great things about them. but when i got to the front and requested a table the hostess was so rude. she was talking over me and her tone was very sarcastic. being that she is a hostess, one of her priorities should be to greet the customer and assist them with what questions they have with a positive attitude. then she proceeded to assist me but gave the fakest laugh i've heard in a long time. if i knew her name i surely would post it. i hope her managers see this. service above all is what keeps people coming back. i can guarantee you sambuca will not see anymore of my dollars. prepared to be snubbed for a while.

this place sucks!!! management must be blind, deaf & dumb to not see the glaring problems this place has. horrible service and an over all attitude that "our place is something special" well sorry to disappoint but from the look at all of the other negative reviews your place is on the steep decline. ridiculous drink prices andfoodon par with a humperdinks (which is not good) well i heard competition is coming very soon to n dallas and very nearby so sambuca may just go the way of fox sports grill soon!!!! ie: closed!!!!!!

came for dinner, stayed to dance. i have been to the downtown location and loved thefoodbut we live closer the plano location. the menus is much more casual but the environment is very modern. i had been once before for brunch with friends but wanted to try dinner. my husband had the chicken fried ribeye and i had the fish tacos. we loved them both. as we were finishing dinner the band started and we decided to stay and listen. what a show! metal shop was playing and we couldn't have had a better time. there wasn't a song we didn't know! we will for sure be back with friends.

horrible service!. my wife hosted a birthday dinner for me here with some friends the other night. she made reservations a week and a half in advance for 8 people and was told that we would be seated in a booth. my wife and i arrived at sambuca and asked for our reservation only to be told that we would have to wait until the rest of our party arrived. so, we went to the bar and had a few drinks. after the rest of our party arrived, they sat us at a table for 4, but with 6 chairs. only 6 people showed up, so we should've had plenty of room, but no. not only that, but the table was right behind the hostess stand in the front of the restaurant. since it was obvious that there wasn't enough room for all of us to sit comfortably, we asked to be moved to a bigger table. we waited for a bigger table to be assembled and then sat down.

we ordered 3 appetizers and ordered several rounds of drinks. after those were finished, we ordered dinner and another round of drinks. while we were finishing eating, a "bouncer" came up to our table and told us that we would have to get up and that they were taking our table to make room for the dance floor. who puts a party of 6 people who had a reservation at a table that has to be removed? apparently the intelligence of the staff here was that of a petting zoo (i'm referring to the animals). anyway, we told the bouncer that we had reservations and he said that he didn't care and he was coming back to take our table. we asked to speak to the manager and also went back to the hostess to figure out what was going on. the hostess gave us a buzzer to let us know when we could be re-seated. keep in mind that we're in the middle of dinner!

the "manager" comes to us and complains to us that we cursed his "bouncer" and that this was "just policy". no one at our table was cursing anyone and no one ever mentioned this "policy" beforehand. at that point, we canceled the rest of our orders and asked for the bill. on our way out, we asked to speak to the manager again and we got a completely different person. we asked if there were two managers and he said, "no." so, we were lied to as well. the real manager had nothing to offer except, "sorry about your luck" and a shrug of his shoulders. obviously, this restaurant/bar does not care about its customers. we will never be returning. there are far too many places in the dfw area that offer better food, better service, and better atmosphere.

on another note, you might be wondering about the food. most of the items on the menu contain shrimp. i love shrimp, so i was looking forward to it, but the waitress informed us that they were out of shrimp, so we would need to order something else. thefoodwas nothing to brag about. i've had better.

and for the comments about cougar town, sambuca 360 is it! if you're on the prowl for a cougar, look no further! your hunt is over!

this is the worst place for customer service! i have been here twice and treated with disrespect and disdain both times! i have no idea how thefoodand drinks are because the employees turn your stomach with their rudeness! the only thing good about this place is that downtown fever plays there occasionally, but you can see them at z tap & grill or down under!

food was ok.. but, it was way overpriced. my office is on bishop, so this place is walking distance. there are many other chices in the area that are much better.foodwas just ok, nothing to get excited about. they didn't change the decor much after it was martini's, and it seems to be about the same crowd. lot's better choices within a few blocks.

sambuca 360 has a small restaurant, because the emphasis is on the bar. even so, thefoodis quite good. the chopped salad was great, and the chicken teriyaki came out perfect. the only complaint was that the iced tea glasses were too small. be warned that this place turns into a cougar den after 10.
