the perfect lunch spot in wilderness. great food, great setting and outstanding view. service was a bit slow, but the food makes up for this and it gives you time to take in the great surrounding. a must stop along the garden route.

yes we went without a reservation
but they offer us a table on the " roof"
no baby chairs were available !!!!
and also the burger that i ordered was a bit smelly!

this was a real surprise. the food was such healthy portions. it has a fantastic view. i would recommend seafood curry. it changes the game.

the fish and calamari dish i ordered was cooked/fried to perfection. i also tasted one of the best springbok shank dishes and could not fault same in any way. i really enjoyed the restaurant and would recommend same to anyone.

we had our 21st wedding anniversary dinner at salina’s, and what a memorable evening it was! beautiful setting, delicious food and excellent service. thank you

arrived late in the wilderness so missed the beautiful view salina's has to offer but went on the recommendation of our airbnb host.
the tapas were well portioned and priced. enjoyed the beer battered chips and the pork ribs (after we asked for the ribs to be warmed more bcz they came out cold). the mussel sauce was not what we use to... was runny and thin but the waiter said that's how they make it.... not creamy at all.
i must point out that the fish taco at r50 for what you see in the picture and taste was really disappointing.

service was really good and friendly!

nice view from upper deck. had dinner there after getting engaged. great food and decent wine selection. always fun to visit salina’s. friendly staff.

what a place!  overlooks the most magnificent and scenic wildernis beach with views of the hills beyond.  food is spectacular.  freshest of ingredients, everything done to perfection.  there are two levels here and amid the comfortable chairs there is an open fireplace so useful for the chilly nights that are more common than you'd think.  service is very good and the manager is very friendly and interested in people.  you've got to try the desserts.  we had a most delectable bread and butter pudding.  i can say for certainty that they do seafood very well.  haven't tried the meat but it's got to be excellent too.  this tiny town of wildernis is chock full of superb places and salina's could be a beacon saying, "welcome to wildernis where good food is guaranteed."

we had a fantastic lunch here with good drinks and good food. service was fantastic. the owner was there and took really great care of us. beautiful view onto the beach.

an absolutely fantastic vegetarian mushroom burger. so flavorful with lovely extras in a toasted bun. and the setting is top notch. well done salinas

the perfect setting is ruined by an awfully average restaurant. upon our arrival there was no one to welcome us and we had to get the attention of a waiter before we could be seated. the food wasn't too bad, but i expected a lot more for what we paid. the whole experience was unfortunately ruined by the poor service and outdated decor.

good views of the ocean with a lot of outdoor seating to take advantage of the seascape. friendly service and quick preparation of food. varied menu with decent portion sizes.

had the thai fish which was quite tasty and cooked really well - very tender. the vegetables could have been more interesting.
star of the night was the fish curry that my dad had which was very flavoursome and the roti and dhal were very nice. again the fish was super tender.
service was also good even though it was packed.

directly off the highway, you can't ask for a more convenient spot. themed extremely well, a view that's difficult to beat, cold and unique craft beer and an authentic beer battered fish and chips that will blow you away. a must visit when in/around wilderness. we will return.

food was good, not great, tasted like something that i could have made at home. i was told that the seafood curry is going to be their new signature dish, so i expected a little more. the waiter that attended us could have been more attentive.
