prosciutto wrapped asparagus. we love this item from the starter menu at sala. the grilled asparagus is covered in a unbelievably creamy boursin sauce. we sop it all up with the yummy italian bread. the dinners and wine choices are excellent too.

scrumptious starters. one of our favorite experiences atsalais to sit at the bar and start our meal with several of the starters on the menu. we have tried almost all and each one is delicious. the grilled zucchini with goat cheese, the mushroom polenta,or the shrimp in lemon pepper sauce and esp. the carpaccio. are a few. one time we had a special of scallops with a fig sauce that were incredible.
it so much fun to talk with the folks at the bar, there seems to always be lively conversation going and the staff there is always so attentive.

try it!. i've had the best meal i had in a restaurant sea bass with a gorgeous caper sauce, sauted veggies & angel hair with their unbelivable red sauce. heard its a family recipe passed down. it was fantastic. excellent service and makes you feel like you are in a restaurant in rome.
