sala

prosciutto wrapped asparagus. we love this item from the starter menu at sala. the grilled asparagus is covered in a unbelievably creamy boursin sauce. we sop it all up with the yummy italian bread. the dinners and wine choices are excellent too.

scrumptious starters. one of our favorite experiences at sala is to sit at the bar and start our meal with several of the starters on the menu. we have tried almost all and each one is delicious. the grilled zucchini with goat cheese, the mushroom polenta,or the shrimp in lemon pepper sauce and esp. the carpaccio. are a few. one time we had a special of scallops with a fig sauce that were incredible.
it so much fun to talk with the folks at the bar, there seems to always be lively conversation going and the staff there is always so attentive.

try it!. i've had the best meal i had in arestaurantsea bass with a gorgeous caper sauce, sauted veggies & angel hair with their unbelivable red sauce. heard its a family recipe passed down. it was fantastic. excellent service and makes you feel like you are in arestaurantin rome.

slow service!!!!!!. i am 22 years old, please keep this in mind because i was discriminated for my age while i had dinner in this establishment. the service was so slow. the waitress ignored us and wouldn't come to our table. we sat down at dinner at 7:00pm and left unsatisfied exactly 2 hours later at 9:00pm. our orders were not complex and we were polite while waiting the whole time. all of the older adults in therestaurantwere served and left, ever if they arrived after us. the salads were great, but the food was very tasteless. i ordered parmesan chicken and i thought it was extremely bland. my friend agreed and upon requesting to have a side of garlic butter or a different sauce we waited an additional 25 min to get this. by this time our meals were cold and we no longer could handle waiting for another thing. we spoke with the manager who paid for one of our meals and she was nice and understanding. if you want to eat dinner budget at least 2+hours. i will not go back!
