long wait but well worth it. this place is fantastic. on a friday night, the wait for a table for 2 was about an hour, but i'd never been to rosario's before and i was willing to wait it out given all the high praise the place gets. in the meantime, i walked over to the tower of americas and back and arrived back at the restaurant just in time to claim my table. i ordered the pollo a la maria and i've never had anything like it. marinated and cooked to perfection and had sort of an indian flavor to it. we also ordered ceviche, chorizo quesadilla, and albondigas (meatballs) for appetizers. i didn't care much for the albondigas but the ceviche and quesadilla were really good. my meal was supposed to come with tortillas and the waiter did indeed bring out a container for them, but it was empty. it was pretty funny actually, so we laughed it off and didn't bring it up with the waiter. we weren't hungry enough to eat more than one anyway. otherwise theservicewas great and the atmosphere was very nice. maybe a touch too loud. there was a live band playing but they weren't cranked up to 11 at least. i highly recommend rosario's if your evening isn't on a tight schedule.
