awesome sandwich. ate lunch here with my daughter this past friday. had the lunch special, which was 1/2sandwichwith your choice of either a cup of soup or salad. i chose the roasted eggplant sandwich, which was exceptional. the bread was crisp and delicious. if it wasn't made in-house, then it totally fooled me. the eggplant was roasted to perfection, with melted mozzarella on top. i had the side caesar salad which was good, but a bit too much dressing for my taste. it was dripping with it. service was good and the prices fair. while we were seated next to a large table of 8 overly loud middle-aged women and could hardly carry on a conversation, it was not romacelli's fault that these cackling hens had no manners. i will be back to try other dishes.
