good, notgreatand in a city with plenty of good bbq, that's a problem. ribs and pulled pork were slightly dry. the chicken was moist and tender. the fries and beans were above average.

great bbq and breakfast. i've been coming here for a couple of years now. they have terrific bbq, but i'm all about their breakfast. rj's has the most wonderful biscuits and gravy i've ever eaten. the gravy is so meaty and flavorful. when i want to take friends or family out for agreatbreakfast, this is where i take them.

every barbecue lover’s delight: small, off the beaten track place with ribs that almost fall off the bone; tender, moist chicken withgreatsmoke flavor, and a choice of sauces. their weekend brunch gets rave reviews from my neighbors, though i’ve not (yet) tried it.

i friend of ours told us howgreatthe breakfast was. so we along with another friend and kids went. we ordered the farm breakfast and brunt end hash. all of our food came out cold even the eggs. the only thing warm was the free cinnamon rolls. after spend 45.00 i will not be back.

cozy and fun atmosphere, good for kids as well. very nice staff. the food was fresh, served in a timely manner and absolutely delicious. definitely recommend the ribs and their soups are surprisingly hearty and filling. can't go wrong with basically anything on their menu. terrific barbecue restaurant, one that stands out in a city full ofgreatones. very impressed.

loyal customer already. we've been here twice since our move to mission, and will return at least once a month. on top of agreatcraft beer selection on tap, they know how to do burnt ends and brisket with authority. our server is always wonderful, the decor is fun, everything is clean (!!), and we leave happy. a+

they have agreatbreakfast, but terrible service. if your willing to wait before a server ever takes your order you will definitely enjoy the smoked bacon.

brisket burnt end hash. on toast, pile brisket burnt ends, potatoes, onions, peppers, mushrooms and then top with two over easy eggs. it's one of my top 5 all time favorite things i've eaten and has been since i first tried it. fabulous hangover food.

love the country music oldies they play in the mornings during breakfast.

fries - won best in kc a few years ago. they toss them in the bbq rub after coming out of the fryer.

sweet potato fries - i think they are just frozen fries, but i love them anyway.

the soups and sides are all pretty great.

they have a reallygreatsauce too. well balanced with a hint of sweetness and fruit. my wife loves the hot version.

great lunch place, order the little one (3 oz sliced meat sandwich) and fries carryout special (currently 3.95) and you can get out of there with just the right amount of food and spend about 3 dollars less than if you went to wendy's. it's agreatdeal.

what a find!. they have the whole package.greatsauce, ribs, chicken, and my sweet potato fries. but i could just go back and have the deep fried corn on the cob. must try!!
