you wouldn't figure an eatery serving what is typically viewed as breakfast food to be busy in the evening but rachel's certainly was.  the savory crepes were the ones to dine on for dinner. no added sugar.  it tasted flat and

visiting lancaster and came highly recommended by the hotel staff. the quaint cafe is bright, light, and eclectic. we waited 5minutes to be seated and gave us ample time to look over the menu. we ordered the veggie, turkey diner, nutella, pb&j crepe, nutella and ice cream, and pumpkin cheesecake crepe. the food was delicious and highly recommend this cafe.

wonderful experience. stopped in for breakfast with a group of nine. we each ordered different things and were amazed by how good all of them tasted. the food is definitely worth the stop! highly recommended.

i dreamt of these crepes.. we happened on rachel's last year, in town on a music friday and the place we were planning to go to was rained out. we headed up the road to an indoor spot with food. what a fantastic surprise! delicious, fresh food, made to order and really very large portions. good live music too! for a year i said "next time we're in lancaster, we're eating at rachel's again" and so we did. last night we were back, again a music friday. we got there on the early side for dinner so there was plenty of seating, and the musician was just setting up. my daughter ate the spanish omelet crepe and my other daughter had the veggie burrito crepe. i ate a veggie santa fe and my husband had the cheeseburger crepe. not a one of us could even consider dessert (a shame, i know) after finishing our huge crepes. we were prepared for a longer wait but the food came out pretty fast. i don't mind a wait for freshly prepared food. we all thought our own choice was the best, although i'm going to go on record & say: the veggie santa fe wins, hands down. also, rachel's has their own blend of lonely monk coffee that is out of this world. i went home with a bag of coffee and if i could have put 20 crepes in my bag, i would have done that too. a lancaster staple - do not miss this place!

the service was very, very slow and the service was poor. the crepes we finally got were cold and when we said something about it we were told nothing could be done about it. we were flabbergasted to say the least! we will never go there again.

cette nourriture est délicieux (the food is delicious). i love crepes and was looking forward to our visit to lancaster today so we could eat at rachel’s again. it was so good. i had the smoked salmon crepe and it was simply delicious. the salmon can be a bit sparse in other french restaurants but what i had at rachel’s was properly done with a wonderful balance of ingredients. my wife loved her ham and brie. i didn’t even get a taste. we finished the meal with a caramel apple crepe. the apples were thinly sliced and crunchy (not pre-cooked), the crepe had a less doughy consistency than the salmon crepe. it was really good too.

the place was busy and we had about a 15 minute wait to be seated on a saturday around lunchtime. service was fine, not amazing but no real flaws. i was glad we made the trip.

really good and unexpected. surprised at the quality of crepes they serve in lancaster. the thai chicken should not be missed. only bad thing is the small space they are in which can lead to longer waits.

fresh and unique!. rachel's offers a unique menu not often found in this area. they create crepes that are stuffed full of delicious ingredients. the servings are massive! they offer both savory and sweet crepes; both are out of this world. the fruit is always in season so you know it's fresh!

went for the first time on sunday and thought the food was very good. the turkey cordon bleu was very good. we also had the turkey club crepe and the thai chicken crepe. all were very good. the menu is limited and the size of the restaurant is small, but the food makes up for it. i would recommend it for breakfast or brunch.

don't be in a rush. went to rachel's for the first time on an early sunday afternoon which probably wasn't the best time since the place was packed! i liked the artistic/hipster flare but the service was very slow and it took forever to get your food. the crepes themselves were tasty and the drinks were good but i don't think they were worth the price or the wait. if you have a good amount of time to waste or just want a place to relax and talk than rachel's is the place to be. if you are looking for a quick meal with more food for the buck, go elsewhere. i would go back again.
