awesome experience!. my husband and i took my mother-in-law to pusser's for mother's day and were very impressed! service was great and the appetizer (firecracker shrimp), as well as all 3 entrees (coconut shrimp, grouper and shrimp & grits) were flawless! we sat at a table outside with an umbrella and had a wonderful dining experience! prices are reasonable and thefoodis well worth the money, unlike some ponte vedra restaurants. we will definitely return!

we had a really great lunch with friends and their two dogs. our waitress was extremely kind in providing a water bowl and allowing us to stay at our table for an extended time. service was a solid 4.

ourfoodwas tasty and prompt. the crab dip was very good. we also had their signature drink “painkiller” which was good. the tacos were cooked well and had a great sauce. the lobster roll was lobster and lettuce - the bread was spilt toast and would have done well on an actual roll. at 15.95, i would have expected the portion to be larger. the menu had a great selection and the waitress made great recommendations. i would rate thefooda 3...the prices were moderately high and not very large. it was within walking distance from the sawgrass too.

first of all, i avoided this place for years since the name just sounds like pus... not very appetizing. the location is very pleasant, the staff is welcoming, and it feels relaxed. thefoodwas alright, nothing to freak out over. i had the special of the day--a wrap with mushrooms, onions and steak. it was very bland, meat was tough. my guest had pineapple rice in a caribbean sauce topped with salmon... absolutely delicious. gave it a 3.5 because my meal wasn't exactly "special". nice place, just nothing unique.

its like a high school sweetheart. pusser's is an annapolis staple and as such it is a great place to grab a drink and sit on the dock watching the boats come in. thefoodis decent, the drink do the trick...all of that being said this review is not about the location or the food. it is instead about the wait staff and the customer service. before i go on i should tell you i had a bad experience there and thus this review. but you should also know that i have been going to pusser's for years on my annual vacation to annapolis.

this years visit was a train wreck. the service was pour to say the least, the worst i've seen it.

it was the first day of my vacation and i left my card in the folder when i paid, definitely my fault. however i was not able to get it back when i realized an hour later. the card was "lost". i will spare you the details but i talked with managers and wait staff and no luck. i canceled my card and the next day i went back to see about the card with my server from the day before. strangley she didn't recognize me but when i asked about the card she seemed shock and went looking for my card. she returned it without asking my name or knowing what kind of card i was looking for. the kicker is that the manager on duty said that she never asked them for the card, which they keep locked in a safe if someone finds one. so i have made a long story long and i apologize, to sum up, watch your money and don't trust the staff. however, enjoy the view, its killer.

came for easter lunch with the family and had to wait more than 40 minutes for thefoodto make it to the table. when it got here it was luke warm and underwhelming. no plans on coming back.

the best thing i can say is the outdoor dining on a pretty day is nice. thefoodis overpriced for the quality, small portions. i have tried this place many times and leave quite dissapointed. please get thefoodup to par!

atmosphere and dessert was nice but that was it! took about 10 minutes for our waiter to show up. service was really poor. inexperienced wait staff on ever level.foodwas ok, i had fish and chips my wife the shepards pie, nachos for an appetizer consisted of a an un layered brick of sysco brand chips being held together by a solid block of cheese! was not impressed, will not be back.

a place for crying babies.foodwas alright. i do not if i would make a special trip to eat here. salad was flat ie little taste and soup was overwhelmed with corn starch thickener. the mussels were big and tasty.

night and day friend had horrible customer service experience even after reporting issue to the manager i loved thefoodthe atmosphere and the service but disappointed that someone i referred there just four days later couldn't get the same treatment

heavenly. wow!!! one word... marvelous! i am very picky when it comes to dinning out for seafood cuisine especially since i am a seafood chef from the lowcountry and i can tell you that i will not soon forget pusser's. everything from the service to the bill was excellent! the staff were very friendly and thefoodwas exquisitely delicious! (yea, that good) then i got the bill and it was a sigh of relief, everything is very well priced. so, i have to say that my experience at pusser's was outstanding!!! p.s. the crab dip is a must!

all right. thefoodwas reasonable, the prices were a little high, and the atmosphere was rather dim and a little dirty,

food overrated although fun atmospher. don't get me wrong...it's a fun place (when the right people are there) and i sometimes enjoy grabbing a drink there, but the drinks are expensive and so is thefoodespecially considering thefoodis mediocre.
