crappy burgers. i will never understand the fan club for these burgers.....i've tried them several times because of friends that insist i'm wrong. max burger is still a lot tastier.planb does have a nice selection of bourban...awful hamburgers!!!

good burgers, fries & lots of options. tried this place for take out & will definitely go back again. the food was very fresh, tasty & not too greasy. prices are fair & the menu has so many choices i had a tough time narrowing it down to a few items. for starters i tried their verified natural chili with horseradish cream. very good & just the right level of spices & heat. then i shared an order of the baked penne with sausage & meatballs. everything was good. not the best sauce, but not bad for a burger place. then i had a bacon cheeseburger with fancy fries, which are really just regular french fries. the burger was cooked just right, not dry but not runny either. the fries were virtually greaseless & lightly salted. for dessert they have theplanb funni bone. for those who like peanut butter & chocolate together, you will find yourself in heaven. overall the prices are reasonable, quantity of food is very plentiful & fresh. i recommend this place. i hope they maintain the quality.

there are lots of things that we’re excited about in terms of planb burger bar opening up in stamford.  first of all, the meat they use is never frozen and is ground in the restaurant every day .  secondly, this beef is certified humane which means they are allowed to graze to their four-stomachs’ content, they aren’t fed junk, and they aren’t treated with antibiotics...

the best burger!.planb is the best burger in town. it is possibly the best burger in connecticut. great meat, cruelty free, ground on premises, made fresh. loads of options, toppings, sides and the service is always terrific. the place gets loud and crowded so there can be a wait for a table but it is sooooo worth it!

good burgers... i'm a burger freak - so once i heardplanb was the spot to go for good burgers i had to try it out. overall, the taste was terriffic. i ordered the burger with bleu cheese, carmelized onions, and barbeque sauce, with a side of sweet potato fries. i also had a great oatmeal stout to go along with it. overall, i'd give the burger (taste wise) a 8/10. although it did taste good, i still have had better. my only complaint would be the prices for the burgers. $12-$13 for a burger and fries is a little on the steep side. i would go back though, i'd like to try it one more time to see it's consistency and try out a few other things (they look to have some great appetizers.)

saftey concerns. great food, good service, bad neighborhood. went toplanb on a few occasions and both times had to park on street around the corner. each and ever time was harassed by a gang of young goons hanging out at the the house near the corner both coming and going. if you can't park in front it's not worth the risk. never saw a police car cruise by. for your own safety try one of the other plan-b's or eat somewhere else where you won't be harassed going to and from you vehicle.

i have never had a better burger in my life than the one i had atplanb. it's low key and delicious and i would definitely reccomend it to anybody.

not so great lunch atplanb. we had an 8 member family gathering on 6/18/11 at the west hartford restaurant. most of us wereplanb fans of both west hartford and glastonbury. this time the burgers tasted "funny". the texture of the meat was strange and they all had an off taste. i hope thatplanb is not trying to cut costs by economizing on the beef it uses.

the menu has lots of comfort food options, but the burgers are the #1 draw. the burgers atplanb are the best i've ever had, and the flavor of the meat is incredible. this is because they grind their own meat for the burgers, and use only beef that has no chemicals, hormones and is certified humane. their beers on draught change often - but they always have a great mix of craft beers (and will let you taste test if you aren't sure what you'd like). when rafe and i usually go - we always get the same things....we each get our preferred burgers, he gets parmesan fries and i get truffle fries, and we generally leave full and jolly. on a more recent trip however, we used a groupon and decided it would be a great opportunit

too bad, what happened to this place?. tonight we decided to hit one of most favorite spots ,planb in west hartford. from the start is was a huge disappointment.

-steak burger-clumps of fatty meat , which we had to discard
-chop salad-they barely chopped it!
-server-doing the minimal just to get through the night

after drill dinner wit broski and mel atplanb in whartford was delicious very friendly great selection of beers and original burger creations definitely recommend very chill place 2 thumbs up

egg on a burger?!. who would have thought the combination of a fried egg, black olive mayo & a giant slice of avocado would be good? well, it was great! i highly recommendplanb and try the funkiest thing you see...it's well worth the wait to be seated ;)
