fun laid back atmosphere one would expect from a beach bar and grill. food was good, slightly overpriced, but still good. we had the ribs, wings and fries. ribs were as good we had heard!

good ribs... prices are targeting tourists with fairly high prices. big gift shop with a large selection of t-shirts.

pineapple willys. worth going to at least 1 time...be prepared for a long wait...and no where to park....great if you can walk...i think its over rated...the food is ok..the kids always want to go there....they like getting t shirts...

excellent ribs!!!. not sure why people are writing bad reviews about pw...today was my first visit and i had the bucket of ribs and side of fries - excellent!! yes, a little pricey....but what do you expect from a tourist / beach location....isn't everyone priced higher?? anyways, 2 thumbs up for pw!!! i will definitely be back!!

we liked it, husband had the ribs and thought they were tender and good. grilled shrimp was good too. drinks great but have to finish the huge cup before you leave. wish they had more homemade, i mean the food was good but obviously not fresh homemade.

charged extra for to-go food?. visited pineapple willy's this past thursday for a quick pick up dinner as we were staying next door and just assumed eat on the balcony and save on the wait time. i ordered the grouper basket for $11.99 (whoa!) i paid $11.99 for some funnel cake style battered grouper, some luke warm tartar sauce and some french fries. i got about 6 chicken mcnugget size pieces of grouper. got the bill and was charged a "take out fee". wth? lame. i was disappointed. food was just ok. a little on the cool side, actually. maybe i had high hopes. i won't be returning.

wait was short. staff were friendly, but the service was lacking. the food was good, but the drinks were outrageous. they don't sell drinks in regular glasses, because you have to buy a stupid souvenir cup, starting at $8. also... no free refills on soft drinks... seriously lame. will never go there again. cost $40 for lunch. not cool

i always love eating here when we come to pc. the ribs literally fall off the bone. we usually stay at laketown wharf across the street, and it's so convenient to walk here to eat. it's on the beach, and i love eating outside with a great view of the ocean. the food is decently priced for a beach restaurant. i always get the ribs basket and it's $20 bucks, but totally worth it. i had the key lime pie for the first time on this visit. it was great. very tangy, too. i would recommend this to anyone coming to pc.

ribs & key lime pie. originally, we just thought that this place was overrated. if you are going, go in the evening, be prepared for a 1 hour wait, difficult parking. just take a number and head for the bar, get a nifty cup and listen to the live music until you get a seat. when you do, sit on the pier and order the ribs. they are some of the best ribs i've ever had. out of the 4 key lime pies we sampled in pcb, this was our favorite.

great restaurant! i don't know why a lot of people are writing bad reviews on here, p willys is one of the best places to eat in pcb from my experience, and we've gone back every year. the food can be kind of pricey, but definitely no more expensive than any other beach restaurants! and the service has always been good, and the food is fresh and good and doesn't take too long to be brought out to you! note: if you have a family and plan on eating there, i recommend you go for lunch and either go around 11 or 1 because you may have to wait for 30 min. to get a table otherwise. and ask to sit outside on the pier- makes the experience!!

tourist trap...overpriced for what you get, food in a bucket, plastiware, and styrofoam cups. the food was no better than a mcrib but 5x's more. the "adult" drinks on the other hand were pretty good though. go if you must, but avoid if you're looking to get your money's worth.

after a two hour wait you would think the hype would come full circle. however by the time we were seated the dun had gone down and the lighting was terrible. i'm sure it's better at dusk or before the sun goes down. however the food was rather bleh. the ribs tasted like i was drinking a bottle of jack daniels bbq sauce. couldve saved 15 bucks and just bought a bottle. the grouper was good, butthe pepper and pineapple stir fry that topped it was very bland and overpowering. the mahi mahi blt was probably the highlight. however it was very dry and after bringing out a package of the same tarter sauce i got in my high school cafeteria, the sandwich was edible and very tasty,actually. the server was pretty nice but needs to come around more often if they plan on giving me a drink in an 8 oz styrofoam cup (yuck). i would've been happier with this place had the wait time been a little better and the food was priced a little more like it should've been. when i am fed out of a bucket and with plastic silverware and a styrofoam cup i should be paying max 10-15 a plate not the exorbitant amount of 19.99+ !

get there early and pray for parking. if your luck is holding you may find a parking place in their very spacious lot. this place is popular in a big kind of way. as for the ambiance it's great and you can eat on the beach in their covered area. as for the food i have to give it thumbs up. my wife felt it the best grouper and shrimp she had during our entire visit and i have to agree. i was surprised as i expected the tourist trap type mentality and serve a mediocre meal but it was anything but. yes it's not the cheapest place on the beach but it is on the beach and the quality of the food is above average for certain, at least our opinion it was. it's definitely worth being one of restaurants you choose while visiting pcb but even though they have a large parking lot and overflow parking area the parking is the worst thing about it. hey though it's the beach, it's florida and if you have to walk a ways enjoy the view and the weather but whatever you do i'd recommend trying pineapple willy's grouper & shrimp. the other members of our party also recommended the ribs as well. imagine that great ribs from a seafood place on the beach, well that's their opinion as i had to stick with the seafood.

over priced food! drinks were cool! i recommend buy drinks only ! eat somewhere else! food is overpriced and overrated!

pineapple willy's is the best ever!! not only is their food good, great place to take the kids food comes out fast it's mos def worth the wait!!!! my little girl is 3yrs old and everytime she see a pineapple she thinks of this restaurant and she ask to go all the time she in love with the ribs!! they are the best tasting ribs ever fall off the bone!!!!! try it out!!!
