this is the best pho in va! i've been eating here for years. i tried almost all the pho restaurants; vietnam 1, pho boston, pho79, vietnam garden, mekong, vietnamese cuisine, pho tay do, the one on hull st, i've been to va beach, fredericksburg and even boston massachusetts(rated #1 for the best pho) nothing compares to the flavorful taste of their pho. the new location has a better tasting broth then the old one but they taste almost the same. if i want pho and can't go here, i will wait until i can go there. once you eat here you will never go anywhere else. the spring rolls are really good too, i've tried everything on the menu and have no complaints. they arefasttoo. not into pho? try the bbq

the new joint on west broad is huge, so no waiting for a table or crowding if you aren't into that sort of scene. service was asfastand friendly as could be, and the prices can't be beat.

like many others, we eat there at last once a week, and have become such "regulars" that we are greeted with a family-type warmness every time we go.

good,fastpho. great pho selection. only downside is no alcohol...

it's pho sooo good. when you are really hungry,pho so 1 will completely satisfy all your senses.my personal favourite is the chicken noodle soup and fried rice.one has to find their favourite food on the menu and order the same thing every time they go..thats coz its so good,you dont need anything else.the location is charming and its as authentic as it can get.service isfastand the rates are very reasonable!

my favorite. first, forget tryng to go on a sunday morning, because it is jammed to the walls with extended families enjoying the wonderful and affordable food.
#29 is the cold noodles with egg roll and pork, #17 is the wonderful "pho" the steamy, fragrant chicken and noodle soup that is a full meal. first timers should get the soup, wich comes with herbs (thai basil, fresh lime, fresh hot pepper) and bean sprouts to be dumped into the soup.

if you are a long time richmonder, you'll be pleasantly suprised at how diverse our comunity really is, because engish is not the main language spoken there, and the asian folks outnumber the rest.

awsome flavors, effecient andfastservice that is hindered a little by the language barrier. don't be afraid if there is a line, tables turn fast. except i give up trying to get in on a sunday before 7pm.

hands down..the best pho in ric!. this is my favorite pho joint in richmond! open from 9am to 9pm (closed on tuesdays). i like to meet my family here for early lunch & grocery shop at the many asian markets surrounding the neighborhood. it certainly is a little hole in the wall but i frequent this establishment for the food not the ambiance.

they have 17 varieties of pho and 6 varieties of other rice/egg noodle soups in your choice of small or large portions. their bbq with broken rice dishes come with a small bowl of clear soup with green onions. they also serve bun(vermicelli) dishes and have various fried rice selections.

the owner is nice and always recognizes us. he is extremely efficient and can turn over tables like nobody's business. sometimes i have to wait to get a table during lunch but the service is sofastthat i typically get seated in no time.

tip: be ready to order when the owner comes to your table. just provide him with the number from the menu. (i.e. - "we'll have the number one-small, number five-large and a number forty nine.")
