wowzer, what a place to stop along the start of end of your garden route tour
take your time when in this restaurant, try the pie and get a freshly baked bread with some home made preserves. spend time exploring the tractors and the kiddies play area.

what a pity, this used to be a favorite of mine till today. three friends and myself stoped here today for a quick lunch. they wanted to go to houw hoek inn, i convinced them otherwise.
we ordered our meals, two had coffee with the meal while i wanted something cold. that had to be bought and paid at the cafe area. no problem. when we all sat down i asked for a glass to drink out of - i was informed - a disposable paper cup would have to be bought at r1.90.
i am sorry - but this is not the way to treat clients who have been supporting you for 30 ofd years.
if you want to get rid of us - this is the way to do it.

the best pies i’ve ever tasted. it’s a perfect place to go to after a nice scenic ride around cape town. i loved the affectionate kitty that naps by the entrance ❤️
the staff are attentive and friendly. my first and definitely not my last visit.

this is a really nice stop on your way to hermanus from cape town. the sausage rolls i got were gluten free (to my delight). however the filling was so small, there was hardly any. the coffee was great. totally recommend you stop here next time you drive past.

situated on the n2 in grabouw is the peregrine farm stall café. the natural extension from the farm stall has led to an eatery worth driving to. the menu is seasonal and we prefer going there for breakfast. peregrine farm stall café. i try and choose something different for breakfast each time we go there and on this visit i went for the salmon bloom (r87). the croissant was perfect and generously filled with scrambled eggs. the smoked salmon trout was served on the side capers and roasted tomatoes. dave had the peregrine poach (r52) with a side order of bacon (r18). his eggs were perfectly poached and i could smell the basil pesto from where i was sitting.

a beautiful oasis that is well stocked if road tripping. popping in for a quick lunch, service was efficient and organized, the staff coped well for a surprise table of 24. would recommend their coffee, pies and sweet treats as a grab-and-go alternative. burgers and salads were a popular choice, i devoured the babotie, which was tender and sweet. love the free fruit for children, there is outside seating near the play area too. huge parking area, however getting out and across the main road was a challenge.

the food was amazing and so was the service. it’s beautifully decorated and placed. we had the farmhouse breakfast and it was perfectly cooked to our needs. i would recommend this to everyone and anyone.

mandatory stop on our road trips! absolutely love their spanakopita it's the best! pies are also really good, great snacks available for the road. i tried their carrot cake cupcakes it was amazing!!

liked the filling and the shape of the pie. the only criticism that i have is that the pie dough was stuck to the foil, so was a bit difficult to get the pie out in one piece.

definitely the best pies ever; full of meat. their carrot cupcakes are also a favourite, if freshly baked on that day- i bought one once and it had gone a bit hard as it has been standing for too long or it was left overs from the previous day. whenever passing through grabouw one can not simply pass without stopping here.

what a pleasure to drive past and stop here when i get the chance. the apple pie is one of the best i’ve ever tasted. not too much, but not too little either. friendly service, great coffee and very reasonably priced with some items. definitely a stop spot if you’re heading over in george direction or coming back.

fantastic set up for if you are on the road.
food was tasty with amazing salads and breakfasts.
the shop also has great things in offer.
definitely worth the stop.

very lovely place to stop and have a breakfast with your family ! had quite a basic breakfast but i was very satisfied and the service is wonderful. if you’re road tripping , don’t be shy to make a stop for a good breakfast with fresh produce:)

it's well worth it to take a breather at this pit-stop!
if you're on the road and pressed for time, grab a cappuccino to go and a freshly made pie. there's a hundred other delicious snacks to choose from, but those pies. damn girl!!! any one of them is a top choice. the springbok one is particularly good.
and if you've got time for a sit down, be sure to get a cider taster. the foggy cider was my favourite.
it's perfect for families, hipsters, oumas, dogs, whoever and whatever. you keep doing you peregrine and i'll keep popping by.

the service was speedy, friendly and the food delicious and tasty. would seriously recommend buying a apple crumble while there- they're the best!
