highly recommended!. we went over memorial day weekend. very busy but we were treated wonderfully. fresh, juicy plump oysters, (even when they're going out of season), creative seafood salad with yellowfin himachi, and even tried the crawfish capellini, everything was outstanding! very casual atmosphere with upscale dinning.
we made reservations for lunch and ate like it was dinner. go enjoy!!!!

what can i say that hasn't been said? this place has never disappointed and for the service and food you get is an absolute steal! always get the seafood platter to start as it changes with their daily fish special. also make sure to get reservations and get on of the two or three nightly specials. i've had the tuna collar, whole flounder, and covina belly. all were out of this world good!

welcoming staff . bang on with their recommendations.
had the raw oysters. crawfish in a chilli sauce with fried bread. heaven. rose great. best meal in new orleans.

we went for a late dinner on a friday night, fortunately for us we had reservations because the place was packed out!  after getting our first apps we could see why.  in particular the oysters and crab claws were incredible.  we got the whole red fish for the table and it was amazing as well.  we really liked this place and would go back the next time we are in nola.  worth checking out for sure.

we tried lots of plates and everything was delicious. the service was great. i think it was my favorite meal during our stay in new orleans.

moment's notice. don't expect to really get a seat at this restaurant without a reservation.
three of us walked in and hoped to find a spot. after 15 minutes, the maitre'd allowed us a 2 seat place at the oyster bar for 3, although reluctantly. we were ecstatic to have it, drank a little wine and ordered an appetizer. about 30 minutes later, another adjacent seat opened up and we all were seated for the main course. ambience, service and food were all great. probably the only fish worth eating in nola.

impressive new place. super fresh fish simply prepared. good sides. too much char left on the grilled onions made some of the dish inedible. when we asked for some bread we were told that they were not aloud to give bread even though there was some crusty loaves in the kitchen. it would have been great with the eggplant side we ordered. the waiter seemed to be embarrassed that this was the party line. other than that bit of lameness i was really impressed and would definitely be back if i lived here.

good all around. from the raw bar to entree to dessert... perfection. a modern fast paced vibe, not stuffy. this is not your grandpa's fine dining, this place will leave your head spinning (in a good way) and your belly happy!

stopped into peche on monday 11/26 about 7pm.

greeted by two friendly faced ladies, immediately feeling welcomed.

was seated and with a pleasant attitude and advised of the specials for the night and was asked what i would be drinking. ipa for me!!

after returning with the drink, i requested the steak tartare with oyster aioli and my main dish, grilled tuna with greens and olive relish.

both were marvelous! the entire experience with peche was great. great staff, excellent food and a wonderful new orleans atmosphere!

bravo, bravo!!

i will eat here again. awesome!!

i can’t say enough about this place. i stopped here for lunch before a show at the saenger, and it was very good. we ordered four items, and two were absolutely delicious while the other two were mediocre. the tartare and tuna dip were to die for! the tartare was so perfectly seasoned, while the tuna dip was smoky and a great consistency. we also ordered the brusell sprouts and the chili chicken. both were good, but i wouldn’t order ether again.

amazing!!! so busy but worth it!!! the picture is the smoked tuna dip! brian and laura are great even with it busy they keep it going!!! i maybe getting the brussels sprouts and seafood salad because everyone around me ordered those. definitely will try next time
