i would never recommend this place. i have never ever experience such horrible service. first of all, it took forever for them to take our order. we had to ask to order our food.then it took one hour just to get our pizzas and they delivered them about 10 min apart. it also seemed like a difficult task just for them to give us glasses, water, plates and forks. they also were serving people who came in after us their food before we received ours. they wouldn't even give us updates about when our food would arrive. not only was the food late, but the server was nasty to us. they do not have enough people working there to accomodate the busyness of the restaurant. they only had one waitress. don't waste yourtimegoing here. go to the elk instead.

most restaurants aren't happy when you pull your groupon coupon out, so my husband and i waited until the end at checkout. the service was average- asked for napkins, fork, another beer and it was forgotten about (and we were sitting at the bar). about half way through our meal a younger disabled x-military guy sat next to us. 10 minutes of sitting there, he finally got greeted. he definitely got treated different than the other customers. overall firsttimeexperience, a 4/10. will i return? no. understaffed and the two servers working looked miserable. the girl made you feel like an inconvenience. it's too bad because brown's addition is a cool spot and this place has a lot to complete with the elk and italia t around the corner. gooood luck and i hope your others customers don't have the experience we did!

boy meats lunch. ordered the papa georgio all meat calzone (a bold move in this neighborhood) and it was terrific. gigantic, good crust and great sauce. i'd order extra sauce on the side nexttimeto dip the extra dough in. tons of garlic powder kept everyone away from me the rest of the day - a bonus. service was friendly and top notch. unfortunately by thetimewe exited, there were a dozen browne's addition hippies protesting our lunch, holding signs reading "save the swine!" and "pigs are people too!" one of them threw gravy on me, yelling "ban bacon!" in my face.

no, that didn't happen. but i did enjoy my genoa genocide.

too loud music and rude obnoxious server. went in on 4/19/14 about 1130 in the morning. i was not able to talk to my wife(sitting next to me) because the music was so loud. asked waiter 3 times to turn it down. the loud music made my granddaughter start screaming because it was hurting her ears. we were going to order 2 large vegan pizzas when we were informed that they only had enough vegan cheese for one pizza-our party was 4 adults and one kid)-they had only been open for 1/2 hr and they were running out!. the server's body language made it very obvious that we were making him mad by asking him to turn down the music. by thetimehe informed us about the cheese, we were so agitated by the music that we left. we will never go to this restaraunt again

terrible service!!! waited over an hour and a half for one pizza. ordered pan got thin crust. never once did we see the server. had to go to them if we needed anything. wouldn't recommend this place unless you have lots oftimeand want to serve yourself!

gluten free bliss. a friend and i went for the firsttimeyesterday afternoon and found a charming little pizza joint with the best gluten free crust i've ever had (it's better than the one i make at home) -- not just some non tasting piece of cardboard called gluten free. it had flavor and texture. now for the toppings -- the tomato sauce was wonderful with lots of zip but best of all was the pepperoni -- not those little round slices that are more grease than meat. instead, there was this wonderful strong flavor of pepperoni; the meaty flavor was superb. overall, i don't know why this place has received some poor reviews; we noticed great service, a clean restaurant, and fantastic food. we'll definitely be going again and again!
