the atmosphere is a bit dusty; the service subpar; the food okay. but the real advantage of this place is how affordable it is. if you're in the forks and looking for lunch, you really can't go wrong with spaghetti, salad (or soup) and a loaf of bread for $10.

i dined here recently with a friend and it made me wonder why i haven't been here in so long, it was a really good experience.  the service was great and the food portions were huge.  i had the pesto linguine and my friend had the old classic spaghetti with meat sauce and we were both very pleased with the dishes.  the bread is to die for, i filled up on too much of it.  i will definitely be back.

we used to love this place but the food quality continues to decline at every visit and last night's leftovers was not even worth taking home. fazoli's fast food italian is much better. the only thing good was the spumoni ice cream at the end. decor is nice. service slow. quoted 45 mins. for table, was actually 23 mins. which is good but was approx. another 25 mins. before our server got our drinks to us. this was likely our last time here. spent $60 on amateur italian food.

they need to define their menu with more italian style food and not have it so westernized. other than that food and drinks were delectable and nice, drinks more than food.

nice relaxed family atmosphere and pleasant staff. we were all very hungry so the "all included" with soup/salad, bread and dessert was greatly appreciated. highly recommend the braised beef and squash penne - really delicious!

nothing special. i find that they do not drain the pasta properly before adding the sauce so i get a watery tasteless meal. the amount of food served is decent.

ordered greek salad and got a plate of lettuce. that put me off right away. last time i checked a greek salad is suppose to have olives; tomatoes, cucumbers and feta cheese?

my date and i ordered the chicken alfredo with mushroom and mascarpone cheese ravioli. we both enjoyed our dish, and i personally would recommend trying it!

if you're a fan of the mojito, i'd recommend going there to try their strawberry mojito. it's now my new favourite alcoholic beverage. i'll be seeing myself there more often just for the strawberry variant of the mojito.

the cleanliness of the restaurant however wasn't the best. upon being seated to our table, both my forks still had dry food leftovers which i assume was due to improper washing of the cutlery. the spoons also looked like they were improperly washed. under our table were dirty spoons and a bunch of crumbs. none of this however didn't upset my dining experience. the restaurant looked like it was in its peak hours and was busy, but given those circumstances, that still shouldn't be an excuse to have a properly cleaned dining booth.

i've dined there about twice or thrice now. i can only see myself giving this restaurant a lower rating if the next time i'm there, the table we're seated at isn't properly cleaned. though this has only happened to me once at this restaurant, i'd still give this place a high rating.

waited an hour and a half for our food. then waited another 20 minutes to pay for our food. our meals came with hot beverages and they never came after we asked multiple times but they served us soft drinks which were extra. they didn't offer us cheese for our main dishes. then we waited awhile for the manager to come talk to us only to give us $10 off our next purchase.

when i lived in the rockies, i went to the old spaghetti factory in banff all the time. it was the most affordable place to get a decent meal. i've only actually been to the winnipeg location a couple of times. i admit that i miss the spinach salad option they had in banff. it was so good. i had the veggie lasagna which is always good and opted for the greek salad to start. my bf had the baby back ribs. he said his was very good. the food came very quickly which was almost surprising considering how packed it was.

the service in the lounge was very efficient but not all that personal. she brought out the bread as we ordered which was also a huge plus. i love that whipped garlic butter!

i love themed restos and this was my first time when i had dinner with my friends after skating. the experience was so-so although it was a bit dark in our table i really had a good meal at least. my favourite part was the bread! it was really good that we kept asking for more! only giving this a 3.0 because we had to wait 20 mins for open seats but when we got inside there are lots of empty space but i guess it was how many available servers can serve new coming customers.

i would say their spaghetti is not bad and not good at the same time. it's the typical spag you can get from other store more like the microwavable ones. what i like about this is you can get a full course under $20 and it's affordable. overall, i doubt i'll go back.

good service, food was so so...sauces and cesar salad dressing were heavy on the salt.

i was disappointed they didn't take reservations. i would go back if i were in a pinch.

great value, it even tastes ok, it's not the most flavourful pastas i've ever had nor is it the best, but their bread is really good. you really can't complain when the food is decent and the value is great.

we were there for lunch in friday. when we arrived we stood at the front for a good 5 minutes before we were even greeted. once greeted she took our name and we waited about 10 minutes before we were seated. the hostess area was very disorganized seeing as more guests were arriving and nobody was there to greet them for several minutes. once we were seated we were promptly served. our lunch came quickly, it was hot and tasty. it's always a good bang for your buck because you get a coffee or tea, soup or salad, your meal and ice cream for dessert. we were very pleased with our server. she was super attentive and friendly. she made just enough small talk and was on her way. she really made up for the beginning of our visit at the door because we were worried that it might not be a good experience after that.
