sunday brunch. oceans at arthur's is the best kept secret in little rock for sunday brunch. the price is amazingly low and the food is excellent. my wife and i have been many times and the place isn't overly busy. the food and drinks are asgoodas it get in arkansas! the waiters are sometimes great and sometimes horrible but the food is sogoodyou forget if you have a bad waiter.i would rate this bruch as the best in little rock. we have tryed many places for brunch and none are nearly asgoodas oceans at arthur's. if you read this and don't go you are missing the finest food in arkansas. i have recommened this place to many people and they all thank me and say it is the best bruch they have ever had.i call this place 5 stars out of 5.

very disappointing. my husband and i were so excited to try oceans, but it was just really notgoodfood. the service and drinks were amazing!! but my sushi was sub-par and my husband commented that his seafood pasta tasted like lean cuisine. yuck. i would totally go back for drinks and apps but other than that, i'll pass.

oceans little rock. my husband and i had our anniversary dinner at oceans. i had heard about this newest seafood restaurant and the freshness of the seafood so we decided to try it. the service wasgoodand the quality of food wasgoodbut the quantity was disappointing. my husband had the mixed seafood grill and the largest portion on his plate was the asparagus. for $20 we felt like he should have gotten more than 2 skewers (yes really) of seafood. 2-shrimp, 1.5 scallops, 2 one inch cubes of salmon and 2 slices of polenta. my $22 grouper was a decent portion andgoodflavor but the linguine with squash (?) was bland bland bland. we started with oysters, raw on half shell and baked rockefeller. both weregoodbut the baked was just warm (?). the $7 caesar was a handful of romain with little dressing that was supposed to be anchovy vinagrette (?). thanks again to our server who sensed our disappointment (we laughed when she asked if we had room for dessert) and gave us a complimentary creme brulee. all in all we enjoyed ourselves since it was our anniversary but next time we will go to cajuns.

great seafood restaurant. it is very nice to have a non-chain seafood restaurant to go to in little rock, that does not have a japanese menu, and oceans does not disappoint. i really enjoy their oysters rockefeller appetizer and the braised short rib surf and turf had a lot of flavor. the seafood pasta is also agoodchoice and the oceantini is a nice house-drink if you want something with alcohol in it.
