we had a reservation for 5 people and were on time. but stillwehad to wait for approx 30 minutes to get a table. the place was very busy. mostly upper-middle class to celebrities.wesat next to basketball players from the local team. the world famous "salt-bae" nusret gökçe was also present so that customers could get a selfie with him.weordered cheese salad (tulum peynirli salata) and garden salad (bahçe salatası), lokum meat, hamburgers and new york steak. taste was okay. you can exspect more from the price you pay. but desert baklava with ice cream (havuç dilimi) was out of this world and simply amazing.wepaid 600 tl for 5 people.

everything is an impressing show here. luckily the taste is impressing as well.wehad an amazing experience at nusr-et. the management is really bad though. although you make a reservation you have to wait one hour for them to find you a seat.

don't bother and make a reservation because they make you wait anyways. no im sorry actually they make you fight for your table. so chaotic and unorganized, unhelpful eye rolling hostesses.wewent on a thursday night had a reservation for 7:30 pmwecalled them politely and told them thatwewill be 10 minutes late. how foolish of us little didweknow that it does not matter.weget there and its like the most crowded souk you can imagine you have to push people to get to the hostess and then goodluck waiting. ohwedid sit in the end after 1 hour and 10 minutes but that was after my husband blew at the hostess for making the walkins sit before us. 10 minutes afterwesat at our table (which by the way was shared by others) and before even our food arrived the bar caught fire from one of their stunts and 3 people got burnt. 1 girl was burnt from head to toe. people were screaming and running and there was no exit but that by the bar. so yeah after that scarewelost our appetite. but then the famous salt bae came and was surrounded by cameras and phones while keeping his grim on as if nothing happened and as if people weren't affected for life. thank godwewere unharmed. i was once a nusret fan. not anymore. never again.

after hearing a lot about this place and finally deciding to visit,wehad the worst experience ever and left without even having dinner.wecalled and reserved a place, but whenwearrivedwefound a big line all waiting to be seated. no one was answering us even thoughwehad a reservation and they made us wait at the door, untilwedecided to leave. it was the most unprofessional and disrespectful place i've ever been to! they have no respect whatsoever for their customers, which was very humiliating.

hell of an experience.

a must visit for any meat/steak lover.

we arrived with no prior reservation, waited for about 20 enjoyable minutes ( the amount of lovely trays of food passing infront of us was considered as an entertainment with all these aromas blending in ? ) thenwewere seated on a big shared table. the rest is history. ❤❤

time passed so fast, just like all the lovely times with a twist of good food in this novel. ❤
definitely i am visiting this place again.

(english translation is below) mekana girip yerimize oturana kadar ilgi alaka şahaneydi ama siparişi verdikten sonra kimse ilgilenmedi, yaklaşık 4 farklı garsona siparişi hatırlatmak zorunda kaldık. i̇çecek olarak ne alırsınız sorusuna almayacağımı belirttiğimde "nasıl yani hiçbir şey mi içmeyeceksiniz" diye soran bir garson bizim masamızdan sorumluydu. fotoğrafta görmüş olduğunuz havuç dilimi baklavayı ben sipariş ettim ancak karşımda oturan uzak doğulu arkadaş saniyede 2 fotoğraf çeken bir makineyle her şeyi fotoğrafladığı için sunumu ona yaptılar, ardından baklavayı önüme atıp gittiler. yan masada bir beyefendinin şarabı bittiğinde doldurmak için bir garson herdaim hazır beklerken, ben hesap lütfen diye her gördüğüm garsona seslendim ama sizin masayla x kişisi ilgileniyor denilerek yaklaşık 20 dakika hesap bekledim. +400 lira adisyon bırakıp bahşiş vermeyecekseniz nusret'e gidip de ne kendinizi rezil edin ne de yanınızdakine rezil olun. nusret nereden geldiğini çabuk unutmuş olmalı ki bu kadar şımarık çalışanı bünyesine toplayıp onlara ekmek kapısı olmuş. lezzete değinecek olursak, iki adet lokum burger ve iki adet havuç dilim baklava aldık. lokum burgerlerden birisi güzelken öbüründe sadece karemelize soğan tadı baskındı, bu fiyata bu burger asla yakışmadı. tek memnun kaldığım şey havuç dilimi baklavaydı.

they were very friendly untilwefound a place and sit down. afterweordered lokum burger and baklava, they started to behave in a rude way.wewaited our order to be served for 30 min and they made us to wait another 20 min for cheque. in addition, i was the one who ordered baklava but they served it in front of an asian customer because he was taking photographs... if you don't spend +100$ and give tip to waiters, you cannot expect good quality and friendly behavior. at this place, you get only what you pay for, money talks.

we visited this place all the way from london so expectations were high. here were the problems:

- waited 1.5 hours for a table with no place to sit and people were waiting for a table as if it’s rush hour in london underground!! the restaurant is tiny, so much for a man with a multi-million dollar restaurant chain.

- they have complete lack of organizational skills. you are called to your table by a tiny lady with a tiny voice shouting a name out loud. you have to stand over her to hear it as the music is so loud. they have no token system, no beeper system - nothing. it’s a complete and utter joke.

- whilst waiting for 1.5 hours, you can see the kitchen behind cooking. no staff were wearing gloves. they were using their dirty, crummy fingers to handle all the meats, along with plastic boards and not wooden

- oncewegot a table, it was shared with 3 other people, almost like sitting in a food court. so much for privacy.
-wewere ready to order and then were told there are no steaks!!!

-weproceeded to order the only dish available on the menu which was fillet mignon.

- it was cooked rare whenweasked for medium. this was alongside the rudeness of most of the staff. most turkish people are polite but these people are utterly rude.

- whenweasked for it to be cooked medium, it came back cut in half and cooked like a slipper!!! it was very tough andwerefused to eat it.

- the fillet had absolutely zero taste including the meat itself. it comes with no sides and no sauce.

-weleft arguing with the manager about the complete and utter disgrace of a restaurant.

this man is supposed to be an almost-billionaire and has no care in the world about his customers.

over hyped garbage - avoid.

came here after good experience at a nusret burger

booking made for a birthday
entrance very chaotic, poorly thought out space.

after being seated,wewere told no steaks available.. 8pm on a midweek........

after making our order, and being tried to upsell a few times,wewere toldwewould get our food in installments.......as a la carte is too difficult to time!!!

sides came 10 minutes before food, had to be sent back for a reheat.

food was excellent apart from the above, but the whole experience really let down by the service and the staff giving us the feeling thatweshould bbe grateful to be there. many better restaurants have closed down not because of the food, but because of really poor service.

nusret steak house made me fall in love with meat.. i am repeating my visits to istanbul frequently just to try it again and again.. this place by far offers the most delicious steaks you can ever taste .. let’s start by their professional chefs that take care of you from the start till the end with their special shows.. i just wanna thank chef omer for his amazing welcoming and service. then let’s talk about the food . no words can describe how much the steaks are amazing.wetried many kind of steaks like the dallas steak, the nusret steak and the nusret kobe ..
each one came with it’s special show and each one of them is better than the other. andwetried too the burgers : the nusret burger and the lokum burger and they were mouthwatering. and for sure let’s not forger their goat cheese salad just try it and thank me. the fries and the mached potatoes were extraordinary.weordered also a bottle of wine and it was woww. and finally the desert : the famous baklava filled with vanilla ice cream.. a star rock..

this place is phenomenal !!!
just the best steak ever! everything was exceptional
presentation , service , taste. everything was on point, even though it was full, and you have to wait(wehad a reservation and had to wait for about 20 mins) but it worth it

we went there for dinner andwereserved 3 weeks ahead andwehad to wait almost 45 mins beforeweget a table. the worst thing is that a waiter spilled a glass of pepsi on my back and it broke under my chair while he was passing beside our table.
i spoke with the manager and he changed our table but the service was so bad to an extent that they didnt make it up for us not even offered us a free dessert or a discount on the bill! this is not acceptable for a reputable restaurant as nusrets main branch!!!!

we had made reservation before one month in order to find a place at nusret steakhouse.
the place was over crowded, and the music was too high.
althoughwehad a reservation,wewaited around 40 minutes in order to sit down.

they have an open kitchen so you can see all the food being prepared and cooked.

i honestly can't even remember the name of the itemsweorder, but the food was really delicious.
what's also nice is the show they make on several plates and desserts.

waiters are extremely friendly, and help you out with the menu in case you aren't sure what to order.
prices are average to a bit high, but it was worth the experience.

one of the famous places serving the best quality of steaks.

loved the ambiance and the overall experience.
we've decided to sit outside after telling us that all tables inside are sharing tables.

avocado salad as a start, very fresh and tasty
dallas steak is my favorite, juicy full of flavours and of course no need for any sauce.
each steak comes with sauteed spinach and mushroom and baked potato, u can ask for fries as well.

friendly attentive service,wereally had an amazing time.
highly recommended.

went there the past week.it’s a very crowded restaurant.
even thoughwehad a reservationwewaited for an extra hour.
the music was very loud.
the food was definitely up to our expectations ( ribs, burger, steak..) so delicious ! but not the dessert.
