nusr-et is the best steak house i ever tried ,first of all the waiter was very kind and nicewewaited for long but it deserved
the service was very fast i took the special burger, it was very juicy and never tasted such a burger . i’m in love in lamb platter. and i will stip talking now and let you try it ?
money wise: affordable
i recommend this place and definitely i’m going to travel again to try all the menu ?

it was completely worth the wait!wehad made reservations a week before our visit and still had to wait for an hour to be seated but it was all worth it!!
not even one team member was not friendly although people were very disturbed for waiting but the staff were all smiling and friendly, offering free fries and sausages for the people waiting!
their famous mustache is a part of their uniform ?
we come to the most important part: the food!!
it was exquisite!! out of this world! the nusr-et burget is the juiciest yummiest burger you will ever try!
tried the “nusre-et kobe” and “toscana” both were simply great!! juicy, tasty, and cooked perfectly!
andwecouldnt have ended our meal without the yummy traditional turkish baklawah dessert with the ice cream.
such an amazing meal and experience!! highly recommended!!!

it's not my first time at nusr-et , but this time i was tremendously disappointed ?
the food is still ok. unfortunately i can't say much about the staff. i had booked a table 2 days before at 9:30 pm on sunday , to arrive and find that i had no table and more then 50 people where waiting . the stewardess was so rude and mean and impolite. i asked her to check again if the reservation was in my family name instead of my first name . she found it but even though , she told me i had no place and no table and that many people are waiting as well. i didn't get a table before 1 hour and 45 mins after i screamed at the manager and showed him my phone conversation. they gave me a table.
i used to love nus-ret , but i will not be visiting it again unfortunately it's staff especially the stewardess with the long hair and the one with the short hair and grey highlights. how a shame to be treated like animals whenweobied by the rules. much overrated ? very bad experience .

always wanted to try this place from so long and when finally got there was amazed by the customer service. reservation is mandatory if you are planning to visit the place, the meat is one of the best meatweshould try atleast once in our lifetime. great ambience all over. even though it’s bit over priced but it’s worth every penny.

would have rated 5 for sure, if not for the stupid waiting list, sharing tables and unorganized reservations.
we waited around 1 hour in an awful reception, with hostesses screaming customers names.
with no where to sit, and waiters passing by between the crowd with hot platters, screaming “pardon” to people to move!
well this is how the experience at the very famous nusret started.
till our name came up andwewere seated on a table with 2 other people thatwedon’t know.
everything was awful till food came !
steak is really awesome and the beef ribs are heaven !!!
very soft meat not chewy at all.
would have preferred some other sides with the platters like some mashed potatoes per example.
after tasting the food you understand the waiting list and the long queue.

i had the chance to try the place during my last visit to istanbul.wewent monday nigh, the place was packed andwehad to wait around 20 minutes to be seated even thoughwehad reservation - butwearrived 30 minutes late from our reservation time.wehad 3 starters to share that were very good - one of them was the beef carpaccio that they do with a twist, it was very good but i prefer the authentic italian one. as the place is known for the meat and meat cuts, my expectations were higher - the meat is very good but i had better. even though the place was very busy, but the service was excellent - fast and very attentive.

lunch at nusr-et steakhouse inside the grand bazaar is definitely one of the highlights of my istanbul trip.wegot lucky getting a table because a few minutes after being seated there was already a queue outside. the salad was fresh and perfectly seasoned, the meat was exceptionally good. you get more than what you pay for.

great place for meat lovers!! honestly not the best place to relax and enjoy the meal, its too crowded and not comfortable. but best meat !wetried the butter fried steaks and the sushi steaks to die for !
 i had the chance to taste the famous baklawa desert and that experience was a special one. this i a very instagram friendly outlet with folks mainly turning up to take pictures with the namesake curator or the process of serving their food on the table. it is a must visit if you're a fan of meat & fancy presentations.

point by point review of our unfortunate dinner experience at nusret from entering to leaving:

1- reservations were not acknowledged andwehad to wait like all the walk-ins. the place was obviously and carelessly overbooked by at least ten tables, on purpose maybe even to increase the hype. host did not bother giving us a waiting time and responded with “don’t know can be 5 min can be 2 hours”. this is a recurrent issue based on reviews
2- as soon asweheaded towards our table i couldn’t help but smell a bad, moist, stench. did not help with the appetite. place has no circulation and is in deep need of renovation
3- waiter came to say hi 30 minutes after sitting. he bullied us into ordering overpriced wine/champagne and a “set” of salad and meats. all of whichwesaid no thank you becausewehad wanted other things, to which he made obvious he was annoyed about. advice: don’t be pushed into ordering what they want
4- tomahawk steak made it to us rare even thoughweordered it medium. waiter was no where to be found for 15 min soweended up eating it as it is. actually had to leave half of it because we’re not used to rare. waiter forgot to cut it initially as well because it was so busy
5- the so called nusr-et special finally made its way one hour after ordering.
6- three hours after entering this dumpwepaid the overpriced bill and left.

if you want steak, go to a steakhouse. this is not a steakhouse. it’s a zoo and nusr-et should be ashamed of himself for maintaining this circus

i am not sure how to rank my nusret expirence in istanbul....
even with the bookingwehad to wait more than an hour for the table to be ready , finally found a place at the bar and enjoyed a drink before dinner.
our waitress was exceptional, and the food was excellent.
it was a different experience from dubai, i am glad i waited lol

i kept hearing about nusr-et prior to travelling to istanbul so i figured if all of lebanon seemed to know about it - i needed to try it.

first thing that struck me with nusr-et was just how well designed the place is when compared to the theme they're going with so that earns points in and off itself. they were helpful in that they picked our luggage and stored it for us whilewehad our lunch before leaving turkey. their customer service was top-notch.


we shared a nusr-et burger and a lokum burger - both were really good - i personally leaned towards the nusr-et. i loved the seasoning they used witb the fries as well. if you're in istanbul it's well worth giving this place a visit for a parting meal before you head to the airport.

i can't remember the exact name for this dessert i was served, but it was a form of baklava with ice cream stuffed inside it. luckily i was only served one piece because there was no way i'd have been able to control my appetite.

this is my second time at nusr-et and i'm as satisfied as my first time.wearrived at the restaurant, it was overcrowded,wehad to wait an hour to get a table.wegot the menus quickly, the waiters are used to being overwhelmed and ours helped us with our order.weordered a ribeye appetizer, an avocado salad, the nusr-et burger and the 9hours cooked beef. you would think the order would take a bit more time due to the number pf clients, but every item came quickly. salad was fresh and crunchy with a nice dressing, the appetizer was original, i didn't expect these small pieces of meat, nonetheless it was cooked nicely and was juicy. then came the meat: the first meal was like pulled beef, it was tender and metled in our mouths. the burger is a must, it's one of the best i've tried, juicy and cheesy.weordered the famous dessert at the end and were offered tea, which was on the house. as an overall experience, nusr-et is a restaurant that shouldn't be missed whenever you go to istanbul!

guys, we’ve not been to nusret in dubai yet and don't thinkweever will - simply because of how expensive it is. but nusret in istanbul is so affordable and the quality is spot on! an absolute must visit when in istanbul. hands down the best burger we've ever eaten in our lives!!! ever!!!wedidn’t know burgers could taste this good - it was the momentweboth looked at each other, our eyes locked andweknew this was special. .....the best dishwehad at nusret in istanbul and for only 35 tl. definition of foodgasm.
the beef tenderloin - little slices of heaven. we also ordered the rack of lamb and jack finished all of this - yes, all!! with a little help from me (fine, i had one lamb chop!). and only 260 tl. the lamb was so tender and light that even after eating all that, jack wasn't too stuffed for dessert! and that burger ?❤️
the dessert was deliciously warm, crisp, buttery and flaky and the combination of the vanilla ice cream is brilliant!!wepolished off a slice each!
andwehad the perfect end to the evening becausewemet saltbae himself!!! such a humble man who took the time to take selfies with literally everyone in the restaurant.
i cannot recommend this place enough! 

really enjoyed this place! it's not just a restaurant it's an experience!
first the service is really good although it's crowded, waiters are welcoming and helpful.
second, the food. it is actually up to our expectations, meat is really tender moist and flavorful. the only remark i would give is the side dish. they propose baked potatoes, spinach with mushrooms and fries. it's a lot. i only managed to finish the fries.
then came dessert. they have a whole show for it. it's baklava and ice cream. this one is amazingggg.wehad two!!
as for the price, it is pricey but totally worth it.

although it’s a steak house,
the burger over there is so unique and yummy!
onion rings as well!
it’s one of the very popular places in istanbul “a must try”
every timewevisit this amazing city,weshould have a stop for either dinner or lunch
