nusr-et steakhouse

well made steak and yummy lamb chops were what our tummies wantedthemost on our turkish visit. we did our mandatory nusr-et-steakhouse here in turkey and we weren’t disappointed. also try their avocado salad. it’s recommended from us. do try their ice cream bakhlava desert too.

if i can give this place a -5 rating, i would.

we arrived at 21:30, exactly to our reservation.thebelow image shows how chaotic, unprofessional and unorganized receiving customers is. a hostess is standing inthemiddle, screaming at people with another hostess pushing people and clapping her hands in their faces. it is clearly notthecustomers’ fault that there is no queue or reservations are not organized.

service wasn’t bad once we were seated, but once we were done with our food we were no longer welcomed.

food was good, but definitely not worththehumiliation. i was personally pushed by a waiter and asked to go out faster on our way out oftherestaurant. for a 400$ bill you would expect a better service and treatment, especially that our table was booked through a vip concierge service.

had an amazing experience at nusr-et. we were lucky we didnt wait a lot inthehuge queue we had a booking though there was a still a waiting list. lovedtheambiance while waiting... everyone is so welcoming and so entertaining... smiles all over their faces... service was fast thoughthecrowd... food was perfect 5+ meat from...from its taste.... it's cooking and it's presentation... fries are refills... we triedtheburger and it was so juicy and delicious... definitely coming back

well not a lot to say... perfectly cooked meat with a lot of fat that takes up a couple of notches! started with some fresh salads (avocado and goat cheese) went through some appetizers like onion flower and mushroom /spinach skillet and finished it a lot of meat ? with asadu beingthestart followed bythesmothered tenderloin with butter! ps: a must try isthepassion fruit frozen margarita!

the best steak i have ever eaten without a doubt!

service is on point with staff being visible and attentive.

there are options for steak and lamb, all perfectly prepared.

the fillet mignon was superb as well asthenusr et special.

be careful and check your bill. charged me for 2 extra steaks, drinks and a dessert...then told me it was for my driver .. who happened to be very friendly withthemanager.

no one asked us and made us feel like it normal for a random driver to eat on our dime.

allthesudden our waiter didn't speak english. after and hour they said it was their mistake from a table that left before us... 

manger and driver were running some kind of unsuspecting tourists !!!! there was no other way to look at it.

i bokked a table 2 weeks before i show up buttheplace was more than busy when i arrived and people were crazy there.
anyway, after sometime i was ready forthelamb ribs, it is something really delicious and not to be missed.
the baklawa is alsothebest i tried in istanbul.
i did not likethefact that you reserve a table but you wait to get it...

great experience. been for a business lunch, with prior reservation.thestaff was very attentive and ready to assist, andthefood was delicious! i was pleased to check that quality is as good asthepublicity!

nusr-et isthebest steak house i ever tried ,first of allthewaiter was very kind and nice we waited for long but it deserved
the service was very fast i took thespecial burger, it was very juicy and never tasted such a burger . i’m in love in lamb platter. and i will stip talking now and let you try it ?
money wise: affordable
i recommend this place and definitely i’m going to travel again to try allthemenu ?

one word : amazing!!
it was completely worththewait! we had made reservations a week before our visit and still had to wait for an hour to be seated but it was all worth it!!
not even one team member was not friendly although people were very disturbed for waiting butthestaff were all smiling and friendly, offering free fries and sausages forthepeople waiting!
their famous mustache is a part of their uniform ?
we come tothemost important part:thefood!!
it was exquisite!! out of this world!thenusr-et burget isthejuiciest yummiest burger you will ever try!
triedthe“nusre-et kobe” and “toscana” both were simply great!! juicy, tasty, and cooked perfectly!
and we couldnt have ended our meal withouttheyummy traditional turkish baklawah dessert withtheice cream.
such an amazing meal and experience!! highly recommended!!!

it's not my first time at nusr-et , but this time i was tremendously disappointed ?
the food is still ok. unfortunately i can't say much aboutthestaff. i had booked a table 2 days before at 9:30 pm on sunday , to arrive and find that i had no table and more then 50 people where waiting .thestewardess was so rude and mean and impolite. i asked her to check again ifthereservation was in my family name instead of my first name . she found it but even though , she told me i had no place and no table and that many people are waiting as well. i didn't get a table before 1 hour and 45 mins after i screamed atthemanager and showed him my phone conversation. they gave me a table.
i used to love nus-ret , but i will not be visiting it again unfortunately it's staff especiallythestewardess withthelong hair andtheone withtheshort hair and grey highlights. how a shame to be treated like animals when we obied bytherules. much overrated ? very bad experience .

amazing address for meat lovers! enormous portions and delicious meat and fries! so famous, you have to wait in line to have a seat, even with a reservation! always crowded place, sotheatmosphere is more like "eat quickly"; will recommend going there at 10:00pm (last reservation) in order to enjoythestay (andthemeat!).

was alone on a business trip. i hadthechefs special, a dish for 2. i was stuffed and happy :). wait was a bit long but worth it
the meat is amazing

always wanted to try this place from so long and when finally got there was amazed bythecustomer service. reservation is mandatory if you are planning to visittheplace,themeat is one ofthebest meat we should try atleast once in our lifetime. great ambience all over. even though it’s bit over priced but it’s worth every penny.
