we arrived with no prior reservation, waited for about 20 enjoyable minutes ( the amountoflovely traysoffood passing infrontofus was considered as an entertainment with all these aromas blending in ? ) then we were seated on a big shared table. the rest is history. ❤❤

time passed so fast, just like all the lovely times with a twistofgood food in this novel. ❤

let me tell you something, your visit to istanbul is definitely incomplete if you don’t pass by nusr-et steakhouse!

the place is supercrowded so you need to make a reservation. the staff are very professional and work really hard to make sure everyone gets seated and the customers waiting to feel at ease with some drinks.

the decoration is very modern and the seating is comfortable, tables are large so they fit the big portions served by the place.

we ordered dana kaburga (beef ribs), fillet mignon bonfíle (fillet mignon steak), and nusret special.

the meat tasted heavenly! it was mouthwatering, and the whole meat experience was amazing! it might be the best meat we ever tasted. i highly recommend all the meals we ordered, with a special highlight on the beef ribs which was our favorite! the meat is juicy, very rich in taste ??

last but not least, for dessert we took the baklava with ice cream which was super delicious!

almost all the meat meals are served with a show which takes you to a whole another experience!

the overall experience was oneofa kind, the prices are expensive, yet they really match the high expectations you put on this place and its food!

would definitely visit again and again!

we came to etiler branch we were surprised by the rude staff and the way they treated us. this is unacceptable we were embarrassed in frontofeveryone that we did not put enough money?!! what the hell we put extra our bill is more than 2,000 and it was there mistake where they did not see the restofthe money?!! this is not acceptable at all it’s a shame and wasteoftime.

for a place most known for meat, it is surprising to find the meat this average, and overcooked. nusret special was not so special. beef carpaccio was a delight. the waiters can pull off a show, and they really take careofyou until you order enough to mark up the targeted bill, and then when you don't like your plate (because it's overcooked) & you send it away and order the bill to leave they don't even ask you why you didn't finish the plate. it's a place on a lotofpeople's bucket list becauseofthe mass promotion, but it's not luxurious and it's not a restaurant you would return to or recommend to meat aficionados. i guess they rely on one-timers. (this fuss won't last) #masstige

we had already reserved before 2 days.
we arrived on time for our reservation, but we could not find our table ready. not did we only wait for our table to be ready, but also we had to wait in queue for over 2 hours, as if we hadn’t reserved!
we were 3 persons and, while waiting in the queue, over 10 groupsof2 to 4 persons passed before us. the staff did not do anything and someofthem were also disrespectful. note down also that the music was too loud for a place where it is already too packed.
i can’t understand how a restaurantofsuch high class could be that disrespectful and not understanding towards its clients. i don’t care about food as long as the service is awkward, the service and staffofa restaurant should reflect its values and quality!

this place was amazing years ago. after they turned it into more business and less customer service it is just a brand which offers nothing but a disappointment. the food is below average, there is almost no presentation to the food - the menu needs upgrading asap. the interior and terrace area gives a feelingofsitting in a cheap neighborhood restaurant . it hasn’t been renovated since ages. not to mention you have to wait for your table an averageof1-1.5 hours. becauseofall the hype they are putting no effort in customer satisfaction. wasteoftime and money. last time i went, my friends and i, got pushed and shoved we waited like idiots for more than an hour standing up a long with another 40 people who were also waiting for their tables. we gave up and we left. not going back there nor to any other nusret around the world.

had oneofthe best steak experience so far. selected a 21 days aged t-bone medium rare and was delivered as desired. the restaurant was busy in afternoon even on weekdays and it gets more busy for dinner servings. despiteofthe busyness the waiter did an amazing job... finally the salt bae was amazing!

good quality meat let down by chaotic service, chaotic entrance and long waiting time and unavailabilityofmany menu items. will not be returning.

you keep hearing about this place and noticing posts everywhere with the #saltbae and nusr et’s signature style in adding salt to the dishes.
however, nothing can ever prepare you to what would become oneofthe best experiences in your life.
we ordered the nusr-et burger, the goat cheese salad, the dallas beef, the lamb rack, the ribs, the baked potato with spinach on the side and finally the baklava with ice cream. everything tasted super good! the food was just to die for! and the burger is just so simple yet so perfect that you end up leaving yet yearning for one more bite.
the staff was super friendly and the overall atmosphere really great with an outstanding choiceofmusic.
the food was definitely worth the wait.
to top this amazing experience, nusr et himself was there! i mean can it get any better??!!
one must never pass by anyofthe countries where it has opened without giving it a try!

wow.. nusret. where do i start? first things first; we had high expectations. those expectations were right. 
we had dinner at nusret steakhouse on a thursday and there was a very long row at the steakhouse. even though we had reservations, we had to wait until there was room inside. it was so crowded inside and outsideofthe steakhouse. 
we had the kaves , the nusret burger and the baklava as dessert. all were great. however i wished i ordered the kaves medium insteadofmedium rare. it was a bit too rare for me...but it was my own choice. 
the service could have been better, because they did forget a few times our requests. but in all fairness , it was really crowded. i would also forget with that many people and alloftheir requests.

worse customer service i have ever witnessed.
we made a reservation for 2 at 9:30 pm.
it's 10:30 pm and we're still not seated with almost 50 other people waiting at the entranceofthe restaurant facing the same frustration.
either the restaurant has an ignorance on operations management or this is done on purpose, either ways it is an absolute insult for every person coming to this restaurant. regardlessofwhether the food tastes good or not, having a meal at a restaurant is a 360 social experience and if this is the startofit then the experience is a failure before it even begins.
shameful, not worth the visit especially if you're on a vacation.

i can never say enough or have enoughofthis branch. the food is always exquisite and the service is impeccable.
i can proudly say that i tried everything on the menu from beef cuts and steaks. the salads are very fresh, the meat is really outofthis world and the baklava dessert is just perfect.
my favorite dishes are the sushi and the lokum, but i’m sure you will enjoy whatever you order. the only not perfect thing is the fries.
can’t wait to be back as it is the only branch with such excellent consistency.

if you love meat, you'll love this place. the steak sushi, steak spaghetti and lokum steak are someofthe best dishes they serve. the dessert is amazing as well, you'll see a guy walking around with a trayofbaklava amd ice cream. they also do a great non-alcoholic mojito.

it was disapointing!!! we have reserved 2 days ago and we were astonished from the staff responsible saying that we are like everybody on the waiting list just like more than 30 guests. we came from lebanon as tourists to eat as we heard it that has the best steak; however, it was a sum of: lackofprofessionalism in greeting, not keeping a reservation and way to dealing with. surely we spread it so everyone knows. what a shame!!!!
