came here after good experience at a nusret burger

booking made for a birthday
entrance very chaotic, poorly thought out space.

after being seated, we were told no steaks available.. 8pm on a midweek........

after making our order, and being tried to upsell a few times, we were told we would get our food in installments.......as a la carteistoo difficult to time!!!

sides came 10 minutes before food, had to be sent back for a reheat.

food was excellent apart from the above, but the whole experience really let down by the service and the staff giving us the feeling that we should bbe grateful to be there. many better restaurants have closed down not because of the food, but because of really poor service.

nusret steak house made me fall in love with meat.. i am repeating my visits to istanbul frequently just to try it again and again.. this place by far offers the most delicious steaks you can ever taste .. let’s start by their professional chefs that take care of you from the start till the end with their special shows.. i just wanna thank chef omer for his amazing welcoming and service. then let’s talk about the food . no words can describe how much the steaks are amazing. we tried many kind of steaks like the dallas steak, the nusret steak and the nusret kobe ..
each one came with it’s special show and each one of themisbetter than the other. and we tried too the burgers : the nusret burger and the lokum burger and they were mouthwatering. and for sure let’s not forger their goat cheese salad just try it and thank me. the fries and the mached potatoes were extraordinary. we ordered also a bottle of wine and it was woww. and finally the desert : the famous baklava filled with vanilla ice cream.. a star rock..

presentation , service , taste. everything was on point, even though it was full, and you have to wait( we had a reservation and had to wait for about 20 mins) but it worth it

we went there for dinner and we reserved 3 weeks ahead and we had to wait almost 45 mins before we get a table. the worst thingisthat a waiter spilled a glass of pepsi on my back and it broke under my chair while he was passing beside our table.
i spoke with the manager and he changed our table but the service was so bad to an extent that they didnt make it up for us not even offered us a free dessert or a discount on the bill! thisisnot acceptable for a reputable restaurant as nusrets main branch!!!!

the place was over crowded, and the music was too high.
although we had a reservation, we waited around 40 minutes in order to sit down.

they have an open kitchen so you can see all the food being prepared and cooked.

i honestly can't even remember the name of the items we order, but the food was really delicious.
what's also niceisthe show they make on several plates and desserts.

waiters are extremely friendly, and help you out with the menu in case you aren't sure what to order.
prices are average to a bit high, but it was worth the experience.

we've decided to sit outside after telling us that all tables inside are sharing tables.

avocado salad as a start, very fresh and tasty
dallas steakismy favorite, juicy full of flavours and of course no need for any sauce.
each steak comes with sauteed spinach and mushroom and baked potato, u can ask for fries as well.

friendly attentive service, we really had an amazing time.
highly recommended.

nusret etiler my favorite place in istanbul what a great place locationisperfect foodismuch than tasty the meat ? taste was incredible the staff are well trained friendly and they advise you what to order in a very good way . as you can see in the pictures nusret’s brotherisalways in etiler this menisso friendly and i really loved him the way he greeted us was so warm.

what a disappointment ! i booked at nusret atelier a month before going there an upon my arrival i asked for the table i booked and the lady handling the bookings and seating asked us to wait like the 50+ people waiting at the entrance of the restaurant. we waited for an hour and half before were seated and it turned out that this lady was giving tables to turkish people before any other nationality ! anyhow after being seated we ordered the onion flower (which was the only good thing on the menu) , the nusret burger and the nusret special which both were a huge disappointment not worth the hour and a half wait. in short thisisan over-rated , highly expensive restaurant not worth the money or time .

excellent meat but way overpriced. i ate equally excellent meat in the spice market for a fraction of the price. itisworth the visit once but i wouldn’t kill myself to go back and be crushed by the waiting queues.

consider taking your meat medium for extra juiciness. the baklavaisa very good too.

service: the service was fast and the waiters are friendly. they present food in funny creative ways
