if i can give this place a -5 rating, i would.
we arrived at 21:30, exactly to our reservation. the below image shows how chaotic, unprofessional and unorganized receiving customers is. a hostess is standing in the middle, screaming at people with another hostess pushing people and clapping her hands in their faces. it is clearly not the customers’ fault that there is no queue or reservations are not organized.
service wasn’t bad once we were seated, but once we were done with our food we were no longer welcomed.
food was good, but definitely not worth the humiliation. i was personally pushed by a waiter and asked to go out faster on our way out of the restaurant.fora 400$ bill you would expect a better service and treatment, especially that our table was booked through a vip concierge service.
