if i could give this experience a 0, i would. nusret ruined my istanbul trip. i had booked a table on opentable as soon as i booked my plane ticket from dubai. i got there for my 8.30pm table, was made to wait till 10pm. over 50 people waiting, one hostess walking around and not giving answers to anyone (or lying and saying 2 min) and a horribly disorganized system. by the timefoodreaches the tables, it has been coughed and sneezed on by the people waiting around. i do not recommend this to anyone. their dubai branch is more expensive but please go there instead if you get the chance and save yourself the trouble.

okey! i rest my case.
nusr-et had me first at this magnificent salad of goat cheese with the dried blueberry and grapes! it's just amazing.
now that i have tried theirfoodin both branches, i really recommend this branch! the service is quite perfect; helpful, friendly and funny!
they serve you with a funny act/show to keep you entertained that's what makes a good service though!
thefoodwas overwhelming, yet we have ordered more than enough!! we couldn't eat half of it ?
don't ask me! i would have enjoyed my bowl of salad without all of these dishes. but men will always be men!!

a very nice place place
but a bit small , and very crowded and not discipline
very nicefood
taste very well and yummy

but they have no respect to the clients specially when the one has a reservation you have to wait like an hour and that’s very bad and disrespectful

traveled to turkey specifically to taste nusr-et!
we booked a day before for 8:00 pm, got a table by around 9:15! reservations are not actually respected, it wasnt clear who came first as the host was overwhelmed by the number of people jammed in the waiting area (would say around 60-70).

good thing is thefoodwas worth the wait! we ordered almost everything on the menu just to have a taste of everything. the meat melts in your mouth, the salad is fresh, the baklava ice cream is amazing!

the atmosphere (once you sit down) is nice, the waiters are friendly and they hand fed us (which they do sometimes as a sort of entertainment).

anything on their menu is recommended! worth every penny!

soon will try dubai branch!

this place was on my bucket-list and finally i tried it last week during my stay in istanbul.
the experience was just amazing.
i enjoyed thefoodand the ambience even though it was so crowded

my rating went from 5.0 to 4.0 because the hosting system is awful! we had reserved 1 hour before arriving, and when we got there we still waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes!!!! had i known this ahead of time i would’ve changed our dinner plans because this was a business dinner with a partner... the hostess kept showing me my name on her ipad and saying we’ll be seated in 10 mins, about 7 times...

nusret steakhouse etiler branch is super crowded. they do not take small group reservations. you arrive to see people and waiters shouting to reserve a table... the management should find a solution for this issue as the scene at the entrance does not resemble the style of the restaurant.foodis honestly great.

i love thefoodat this place . everything is tasty . i hate only the one hour and a half we have waited for our table despite that we have reservation . but after you eat the goodfoodyou forget this . nusret etiler is the best between all other nusret restaurants in istanbul

after a long wait we tried the famous restaurant, but disappointment begun when we shared a table with another couple and even we insisted on having a separate once available, in 10 min theire was more than 2 tables available, we asked again to move and again they refused saying it was reserved, the good part is thefoodwas good the wine variety is great from local to foreign ones
the place is sooo busy so they have to keep more attention for hygiene especially the menus and table reset
more explanation for beef cuts presented in the menu is a must for a restaurant becoming soo famous world-wide
we left after one hour and both tables were still unoccupied

coming from dubai, i was expecting this to be an expensive joint but from what i saw on the menu, it was not one at all. i only had the chance to taste the now infamous baklawa desert and that experience was a special one. this i a very instagram friendly outlet with folks mainly turning up to take pictures with the namesake curator or the process of serving theirfoodon the table. it is a must visit if you're a fan of meat & fancy presentations.

quality has definitely gone down,foodwas overcooked (although i clearly requested medium). they seem to have too much business to care. plus they can't manage the booking process, we waited 1.5 hours although we had a confirmed booking!
