one word : amazing!!
it was completely worth the wait! we had made reservations a week before our visit and still had to wait for an hour to be seated but it was all worth it!!
not even one team member was not friendly although people were very disturbed for waiting but the staff were all smiling and friendly, offering free fries and sausages for the people waiting!
their famous mustache is a part of their uniform ?
we come to the most important part: the food!!
it was exquisite!! out of this world! the nusr-et burget is the juiciest yummiestburgeryou will ever try!
tried the “nusre-et kobe” and “toscana” both were simply great!! juicy, tasty, and cooked perfectly!
and we couldnt have ended our meal without the yummy traditional turkish baklawah dessert with the ice cream.
such an amazing meal and experience!! highly recommended!!!

gerçekten belirli bir standardın oldukça üstünde olan, muazzam işletmeye sahip enteresan bir yer nusr-et. lokum, şaşlık ve nusretburgerve tatlı olarak havuç dilimi gerçekten çok başarılı. ama birini ayırmak gerekirse lokumun çok çok iyi olduğunu ve özellikle tam istediğimiz gibi şahane bir medium-rare ile geldiğini söylemem gerekiyor. mutlaka bir kez gidip görmeniz gereken bir deneyim nusr-et.

fiyat performans olarak ortalamanın üzerinde. fiyatları pahalı bulanlarburgerdeneyebilir. virginia angus ile kapışabilecek düzeydeburger? yapıyorlar.

öncelikle yediklerimizin newyork steak veburgerolduğunu belirterek başlayayım. yediğim et orta pişmiş olmasını istememe rağmen kuru ve sertti. evinizde 1 gün dinlendirerek yapacağınız antrikot daha başarılı olur. burgerlerin her ikisi tuzlu olmasalar çok başarılı.. mekanın en büyük sorunu iç mekandaki gürültü ve bu insanı yemek yerken yoruyor. fiyat öyle anlatıldığı gibi abartı değil.

aslında herkesin dilinde olduğundan çok bişi söyleyemeye gerek yok. dallas steak çok efsane bi tat değildi. i̇yi etçilerde yiyebileceğiniz türden. ama nusret burgeri gerçekten efsane güzeldi. sadeceburgeryemeye bile defalarca gidilebilir. yanında getirmiş olduğu patates kızartması vasattı. havuç dilim baklavada iyi diyebileceğimiz türden. mekan tabiki kalabalık sıra bekleme derdin var. o yoğunluğa alışmış olmaları lazım ama çay için çok beklettiler. altı üstü bir çay ama 10 15 dk bekledik. pahalı bir mekan olduğundan hiç olmazsa birburgeryemeğe gidilebilir :)

i kept hearing about nusr-et prior to travelling to istanbul so i figured if all of lebanon seemed to know about it - i needed to try it.

first thing that struck me with nusr-et was just how well designed the place is when compared to the theme they're going with so that earns points in and off itself. they were helpful in that they picked our luggage and stored it for us while we had our lunch before leaving turkey. their customer service was top-notch.


we shared a nusr-etburgerand a lokumburger- both were really good - i personally leaned towards the nusr-et. i loved the seasoning they used witb the fries as well. if you're in istanbul it's well worth giving this place a visit for a parting meal before you head to the airport.

i can't remember the exact name for this dessert i was served, but it was a form of baklava with ice cream stuffed inside it. luckily i was only served one piece because there was no way i'd have been able to control my appetite.

this is my second time at nusr-et and i'm as satisfied as my first time. we arrived at the restaurant, it was overcrowded, we had to wait an hour to get a table. we got the menus quickly, the waiters are used to being overwhelmed and ours helped us with our order. we ordered a ribeye appetizer, an avocado salad, the nusr-etburgerand the 9hours cooked beef. you would think the order would take a bit more time due to the number pf clients, but every item came quickly. salad was fresh and crunchy with a nice dressing, the appetizer was original, i didn't expect these small pieces of meat, nonetheless it was cooked nicely and was juicy. then came the meat: the first meal was like pulled beef, it was tender and metled in our mouths. theburgeris a must, it's one of the best i've tried, juicy and cheesy. we ordered the famous dessert at the end and were offered tea, which was on the house. as an overall experience, nusr-et is a restaurant that shouldn't be missed whenever you go to istanbul!

üzgünüm ama, nusret, türkiye’deki en güzel gurme burgerciler ayarında, hatta sanki bir tık daha güzelburgerhazırlıyor. bir kere burgerin ekmeği, pastane ekmeği kıvamında, hafif yanıklığı, peynirin eriyip köfteyle bütünleşmesi ve ağızda erimesiyle efsane! baklava da (her ne kadar koçak’ı tercih etsek de) i̇mam çağdaş’tan geliyor!

nusret'e gidicem, gidicem o lokumu deniycem diye diye ancak bu gun gidebildim. gitmisken tabiki denemek istedigimiz seyleri ortaya aldik. ilk once lokumdan bahsetmek istiyorum. hic overrated, abarti diyemiycem gercekten o kadar lezzetliydi ki. ben eti asla bu kadar az pismis sevmem, bayagi kupkuru ve koyu kahverengi severim. ama ona ragmen o kadar muthis bir tadi vardi ki gercekten adinin lokum oldugu kadar var yumusakligi da lezzeti de. az geliyor, tek basina karin doyuracagini sanmam. biz bir de nusretburgeraldik. onun da eti lezizdi bir de hamburger etinden ziyade dana bacon da vardi icerisinde ki benim ekstra olarak zaten cok sevdigim bir lezzettir hamburgerde. onun disinda cheddar, karamelize sogan bunlar zaten bence bir hamburgerin olmazsa olmazidir bu yuzden tam damak tadima goreydi. zaten eti guzel olunca hamburger genelde kotu olmaz. nefisti gercekten. fiyat olarak da nusret icin oldukca uygun bir secenek. mesela az once az dedigim lokumun bir porsiyonu 90 tl fakat eger bu leziz ve doyurucu burgeri alirsaniz 35 tl ye cikabiliyorsunuz. burgerin yaninda gelen patates kizartmasi cok iyi degildi ama ben zaten o kadroda resmen agzimin tadi bozulmasin diye patates kizartmasi yemek istemedim. ucuncu denedigimiz sey ise et sushi idi. et sushi nedir diye ben bayagi merak ediyodum acikcasi. yosun mosun nasil olacak bu is acaba diye dusunurken uc tane pismemis et parcasi geldi ve abimiz sagolsun onu bizim masanin yaninda ates ile pisirdi. e pismesi boyle olunca et bayagi az pismis oluyor tahmin edeceginiz uzere. ama tadi gercekten bunun da cok guzeldi uzerinde cok ince patates parcalari vardi ve etin ici de krem peynir ve pirinc ile doluydu. yani oyle neredeyse kanli olmasina ragmen ben o eti afiyetle yedim, hayatimda hic yapmayacagim sey. biz denemek adina bu ucluyu alip iki kisi toplam 155 liraya nusret'ten cikmayi basardik. yani ucuk fiyatlar ozellikle hamburger denemek isteyenleri o kadar da korkutmasin bence cunku lezzetler gercekten abartilmiyor, cok iyi. ?❤️

garsonlar bes yildiz kesinlikle.yemekler de cok guzeldi fakat ben nusretburgersoylemistim.burger etinin icinde yerken kucuk parca kemik cikti ve bunu dogal olarak disimi acittiginda anlayabildim.herhangi bir sorun olmadigi icin bana orada iletmek istemedim.bu konuya da dikkat ederlerse cok iyi olur.aksi takdirde o kemik baska birine denk gelip saglik acisindan sorun cikarabilir.

guys, we’ve not been to nusret in dubai yet and don't think we ever will - simply because of how expensive it is. but nusret in istanbul is so affordable and the quality is spot on! an absolute must visit when in istanbul. hands down the bestburgerwe've ever eaten in our lives!!! ever!!! we didn’t know burgers could taste this good - it was the moment we both looked at each other, our eyes locked and we knew this was special. .....the best dish we had at nusret in istanbul and for only 35 tl. definition of foodgasm.
the beef tenderloin - little slices of heaven. we also ordered the rack of lamb and jack finished all of this - yes, all!! with a little help from me (fine, i had one lamb chop!). and only 260 tl. the lamb was so tender and light that even after eating all that, jack wasn't too stuffed for dessert! and thatburger?❤️
the dessert was deliciously warm, crisp, buttery and flaky and the combination of the vanilla ice cream is brilliant!! we polished off a slice each!
and we had the perfect end to the evening because we met saltbae himself!!! such a humble man who took the time to take selfies with literally everyone in the restaurant.
i cannot recommend this place enough!

theburgerover there is so unique and yummy!
onion rings as well!
it’s one of the very popular places in istanbul “a must try”
every time we visit this amazing city, we should have a stop for either dinner or lunch

öncelikle akıllara kazınmış o pahalı absürt abartılmış fiyatların olmadığını söylemek istiyorum , hizmet kalitesi harikülade. lezzet'e gelecek olursak nusretburgergayet lezzetli ve rahat doyuran bir yiyecek.menü olarak i̇çinde havuç dilimi de dahil 50 tl , menü istemiyorsanız tane 35 lira yanında patates kızartması , kesinlikle çok lezzetli , ayrıca antrikot , lokum vs merak edenler fiyatları 90 ilâ 100 tl , nusrete gitmekten çekinmeyin , gidin ??

great ambiance, unreal meat that melts like butter in your mouth. ordered the nusret special, hardal soslu dallas steak, nusret special burger, lokumburgerand finished it off with their special baklava. i recommend all especially the nusret specialburgerand nusr-et special.
must visit place in istanbul!

(english translation is below) mekana girip yerimize oturana kadar ilgi alaka şahaneydi ama siparişi verdikten sonra kimse ilgilenmedi, yaklaşık 4 farklı garsona siparişi hatırlatmak zorunda kaldık. i̇çecek olarak ne alırsınız sorusuna almayacağımı belirttiğimde "nasıl yani hiçbir şey mi içmeyeceksiniz" diye soran bir garson bizim masamızdan sorumluydu. fotoğrafta görmüş olduğunuz havuç dilimi baklavayı ben sipariş ettim ancak karşımda oturan uzak doğulu arkadaş saniyede 2 fotoğraf çeken bir makineyle her şeyi fotoğrafladığı için sunumu ona yaptılar, ardından baklavayı önüme atıp gittiler. yan masada bir beyefendinin şarabı bittiğinde doldurmak için bir garson herdaim hazır beklerken, ben hesap lütfen diye her gördüğüm garsona seslendim ama sizin masayla x kişisi ilgileniyor denilerek yaklaşık 20 dakika hesap bekledim. +400 lira adisyon bırakıp bahşiş vermeyecekseniz nusret'e gidip de ne kendinizi rezil edin ne de yanınızdakine rezil olun. nusret nereden geldiğini çabuk unutmuş olmalı ki bu kadar şımarık çalışanı bünyesine toplayıp onlara ekmek kapısı olmuş. lezzete değinecek olursak, iki adet lokumburgerve iki adet havuç dilim baklava aldık. lokum burgerlerden birisi güzelken öbüründe sadece karemelize soğan tadı baskındı, bu fiyata buburgerasla yakışmadı. tek memnun kaldığım şey havuç dilimi baklavaydı.

they were very friendly until we found a place and sit down. after we ordered lokumburgerand baklava, they started to behave in a rude way. we waited our order to be served for 30 min and they made us to wait another 20 min for cheque. in addition, i was the one who ordered baklava but they served it in front of an asian customer because he was taking photographs... if you don't spend +100$ and give tip to waiters, you cannot expect good quality and friendly behavior. at this place, you get only what you pay for, money talks.
