definitely the best steak you can ever taste ! the service is not only fast, but also enjoyable. the waiters treat the food that they serve like nusret does !
we had to wait for 1 houranda half to get a table for 4;it was definitely worth it !

we had a reservation for 5 peopleandwere on time. but still we had to wait for approx 30 minutes to get a table. the place was very busy. mostly upper-middle class to celebrities. we sat next to basketball players from the local team. the world famous "salt-bae" nusret gökçe was also present so that customers could get a selfie with him. we ordered cheese salad (tulum peynirli salata)andgarden salad (bahçe salatası), lokum meat, hamburgersandnew york steak. taste was okay. you can exspect more from the price you pay. but desert baklava with ice cream (havuç dilimi) was out of this worldandsimply amazing. we paid 600 tl for 5 people.

the atmosphere was niceandauthentic.
went there midweek around noon.
the place was almost full yet the service was really fastandthe staff was friendly.
the lamb chops were the best i ever had. just perfect.

don't botherandmake a reservation because they make you wait anyways. no im sorry actually they make you fight for your table. so chaoticandunorganized, unhelpful eye rolling hostesses. we went on a thursday night had a reservation for 7:30 pm we called them politelyandtold them that we will be 10 minutes late. how foolish of us little did we know that it does not matter. we get thereandits like the most crowded souk you can imagine you have to push people to get to the hostessandthen goodluck waiting. oh we did sit in the end after 1 hourand10 minutes but that was after my husband blew at the hostess for making the walkins sit before us. 10 minutes after we sat at our table (which by the way was shared by others)andbefore even our food arrived the bar caught fire from one of their stuntsand3 people got burnt. 1 girl was burnt from head to toe. people were screamingandrunningandthere was no exit but that by the bar. so yeah after that scare we lost our appetite. but then the famous salt bae cameandwas surrounded by camerasandphones while keeping his grim on as if nothing happenedandas if people weren't affected for life. thank god we were unharmed. i was once a nusret fan. not anymore. never again.

after hearing a lot about this placeandfinally deciding to visit, we had the worst experience everandleft without even having dinner. we calledandreserved a place, but when we arrived we found a big line all waiting to be seated. no one was answering us even though we had a reservationandthey made us wait at the door, until we decided to leave. it was the most unprofessionalanddisrespectful place i've ever been to! they have no respect whatsoever for their customers, which was very humiliating.

the steak house place to visit when in istambul. despite the queue, you will enjoy the ambiance with a nice wine until being seated. ordered a rib eyeanda filet. equally tasty. not to miss the baklava desset with its ice cream as a finish!

the best steakhouse in istanbul, nusr-et is the most innovative when it comes to how they serve their food to meat lovers. from steak to lamb chopsandbeef cooked with boiling butter. the service is excellentandthe meat quality is wonderful ??

great ambiance, unreal meat that melts like butter in your mouth. ordered the nusret special, hardal soslu dallas steak, nusret special burger, lokum burgerandfinished it off with their special baklava. i recommend all especially the nusret special burgerandnusr-et special.
must visit place in istanbul!

(english translation is below) mekana girip yerimize oturana kadar ilgi alaka şahaneydi ama siparişi verdikten sonra kimse ilgilenmedi, yaklaşık 4 farklı garsona siparişi hatırlatmak zorunda kaldık. i̇çecek olarak ne alırsınız sorusuna almayacağımı belirttiğimde "nasıl yani hiçbir şey mi içmeyeceksiniz" diye soran bir garson bizim masamızdan sorumluydu. fotoğrafta görmüş olduğunuz havuç dilimi baklavayı ben sipariş ettim ancak karşımda oturan uzak doğulu arkadaş saniyede 2 fotoğraf çeken bir makineyle her şeyi fotoğrafladığı için sunumu ona yaptılar, ardından baklavayı önüme atıp gittiler. yan masada bir beyefendinin şarabı bittiğinde doldurmak için bir garson herdaim hazır beklerken, ben hesap lütfen diye her gördüğüm garsona seslendim ama sizin masayla x kişisi ilgileniyor denilerek yaklaşık 20 dakika hesap bekledim. +400 lira adisyon bırakıp bahşiş vermeyecekseniz nusret'e gidip de ne kendinizi rezil edin ne de yanınızdakine rezil olun. nusret nereden geldiğini çabuk unutmuş olmalı ki bu kadar şımarık çalışanı bünyesine toplayıp onlara ekmek kapısı olmuş. lezzete değinecek olursak, iki adet lokum burger ve iki adet havuç dilim baklava aldık. lokum burgerlerden birisi güzelken öbüründe sadece karemelize soğan tadı baskındı, bu fiyata bu burger asla yakışmadı. tek memnun kaldığım şey havuç dilimi baklavaydı.

they were very friendly until we found a placeandsit down. after we ordered lokum burgerandbaklava, they started to behave in a rude way. we waited our order to be served for 30 minandthey made us to wait another 20 min for cheque. in addition, i was the one who ordered baklava but they served it in front of an asian customer because he was taking photographs... if you don't spend +100$andgive tip to waiters, you cannot expect good qualityandfriendly behavior. at this place, you get only what you pay for, money talks.

we visited this place all the way from london so expectations were high. here were the problems:

- waited 1.5 hours for a table with no place to sitandpeople were waiting for a table as if it’s rush hour in london underground!! the restaurant is tiny, so much for a man with a multi-million dollar restaurant chain.

- they have complete lack of organizational skills. you are called to your table by a tiny lady with a tiny voice shouting a name out loud. you have to stand over her to hear it as the music is so loud. they have no token system, no beeper system - nothing. it’s a completeandutter joke.

- whilst waiting for 1.5 hours, you can see the kitchen behind cooking. no staff were wearing gloves. they were using their dirty, crummy fingers to handle all the meats, along with plastic boardsandnot wooden

- once we got a table, it was shared with 3 other people, almost like sitting in a food court. so much for privacy.
- we were ready to orderandthen were told there are no steaks!!!

- we proceeded to order the only dish available on the menu which was fillet mignon.

- it was cooked rare when we asked for medium. this was alongside the rudeness of most of the staff. most turkish people are polite but these people are utterly rude.

- when we asked for it to be cooked medium, it came back cut in halfandcooked like a slipper!!! it was very toughandwe refused to eat it.

- the fillet had absolutely zero taste including the meat itself. it comes with no sidesandno sauce.

- we left arguing with the manager about the completeandutter disgrace of a restaurant.

this man is supposed to be an almost-billionaireandhas no care in the world about his customers.

over hyped garbage - avoid.

came here after good experience at a nusret burger

booking made for a birthday
entrance very chaotic, poorly thought out space.

after being seated, we were told no steaks available.. 8pm on a midweek........

after making our order,andbeing tried to upsell a few times, we were told we would get our food in installments.......as a la carte is too difficult to time!!!

sides came 10 minutes before food, had to be sent back for a reheat.

food was excellent apart from the above, but the whole experience really let down by the serviceandthe staff giving us the feeling that we should bbe grateful to be there. many better restaurants have closed down not because of the food, but because of really poor service.

the famous turkish chef nusr-etandthe meet is really good. as it is expected it was packed with people, so a reservation is highly recommended. i tasted the salad, lokumandentrecôte. for the sweets baklava with ice cream was good but i have tried beforeandit was more fresh. one moment; don’t leave without trying the french fries.... it is so ?
