nusr-et is the best steak house i ever tried ,first of all the waiter was very kindandnice we waited for long but it deserved
the service was very fast i took the special burger, it was very juicyandnever tasted such a burger . i’m in love in lamb platter.andi will stip talking nowandlet you try it ?
money wise: affordable
i recommend this placeanddefinitely i’m going to travel again to try all the menu ?

one word : amazing!!
it was completely worth the wait! we had made reservations a week before our visitandstill had to wait for an hour to be seated but it was all worth it!!
not even one team member was not friendly although people were very disturbed for waiting but the staff were all smilingandfriendly, offering free friesandsausages for the people waiting!
their famous mustache is a part of their uniform ?
we come to the most important part: the food!!
it was exquisite!! out of this world! the nusr-et burget is the juiciest yummiest burger you will ever try!
tried the “nusre-et kobe”and“toscana” both were simply great!! juicy, tasty,andcooked perfectly!
and we couldnt have ended our meal without the yummy traditional turkish baklawah dessert with the ice cream.
such an amazing mealandexperience!! highly recommended!!!

it's not my first time at nusr-et , but this time i was tremendously disappointed ?
the food is still ok. unfortunately i can't say much about the staff. i had booked a table 2 days before at 9:30 pm on sunday , to arriveandfind that i had no tableandmore then 50 people where waiting . the stewardess was so rudeandmeanandimpolite. i asked her to check again if the reservation was in my family name instead of my first name . she found it but even though , she told me i had no placeandno tableandthat many people are waiting as well. i didn't get a table before 1 hourand45 mins after i screamed at the managerandshowed him my phone conversation. they gave me a table.
i used to love nus-ret , but i will not be visiting it again unfortunately it's staff especially the stewardess with the long hairandthe one with the short hairandgrey highlights. how a shame to be treated like animals when we obied by the rules. much overrated ? very bad experience .

amazing address for meat lovers! enormous portionsanddelicious meatandfries! so famous, you have to wait in line to have a seat, even with a reservation! always crowded place, so the atmosphere is more like "eat quickly"; will recommend going there at 10:00pm (last reservation) in order to enjoy the stay (and the meat!).

always wanted to try this place from so longandwhen finally got there was amazed by the customer service. reservation is mandatory if you are planning to visit the place, the meat is one of the best meat we should try atleast once in our lifetime. great ambience all over. even though it’s bit over priced but it’s worth every penny.

would have rated 5 for sure, if not for the stupid waiting list, sharing tablesandunorganized reservations.
we waited around 1 hour in an awful reception, with hostesses screaming customers names.
with no where to sit,andwaiters passing by between the crowd with hot platters, screaming “pardon” to people to move!
well this is how the experience at the very famous nusret started.
till our name came upandwe were seated on a table with 2 other people that we don’t know.
everything was awful till food came !
steak is really awesomeandthe beef ribs are heaven !!!
very soft meat not chewy at all.
would have preferred some other sides with the platters like some mashed potatoes per example.
after tasting the food you understand the waiting listandthe long queue.

i had the chance to try the place during my last visit to istanbul. we went monday nigh, the place was packedandwe had to wait around 20 minutes to be seated even though we had reservation - but we arrived 30 minutes late from our reservation time. we had 3 starters to share that were very good - one of them was the beef carpaccio that they do with a twist, it was very good but i prefer the authentic italian one. as the place is known for the meatandmeat cuts, my expectations were higher - the meat is very good but i had better. even though the place was very busy, but the service was excellent - fastandvery attentive.

lunch at nusr-et steakhouse inside the grand bazaar is definitely one of the highlights of my istanbul trip. we got lucky getting a table because a few minutes after being seated there was already a queue outside. the salad was freshandperfectly seasoned, the meat was exceptionally good. you get more than what you pay for.

i have been wanting to try this place for a while now. i am glad i finally made it to istanbulandgot the chance to live “ the nusr-et experience”.
make sure to book 2 to 3 weeks ahead,andprepare yourself for a long wait, but trust me it will definitely be worth it.

the wooden interior gives the place a warm vibe but what makes you feel all comfyandcozy is the staffandservice. eachandevery single table is perfectly taken care of. waiters are friendly, attentiveandalways around. they even perform a special show while serving the food.

now for the main act. meat.
we went for the new york steak. the tender strip is heavenly cooked. the waiter slices it up on a wooden platterandits pink juiciness just stands out but the signature “salt bae” touch is what does the magic trick. baked potatoesandspinach purée are served on the side.
we then had the special nusret dish. this is a must try. the special zone beef fillet comes almost raw. the waiter bathes it in boiling melted butter over a hot stone, the beef gets cooked to perfection with bread bites on the side dipped in the sauce before being served.
we also had the nusr-et burgers. to die for! you cant top that quality meat, rich taste,andamazing ingredients.
fries are refilled on the house.
and for the final act: dessert.
the cherry on top, as if this place needed one! a huge baklava tray comes right at you. the waiter opens up each slice, stuffs it with ice creamandthen chops it up. you can feel the mouthwatering flavor with eachandevery single crunchy bite, bathing in sugar syrup.
traditional turkish tea is served at the end to cool down.

this is, by far, one of my best dining experiences!

one of the best steak houses' i've been to in my life.

starters, ribs (beefandlamb), saladsanddesserts are out of this world.

do not miss on it if you ever visit istanbul.

nusr-et was thereandinsisted to take a picture with me. good steaksandribs, but i would definitely recommend the stack of ribs. amazingandentertaining service.

great place for meat lovers!! honestly not the best place to relaxandenjoy the meal, its too crowdedandnot comfortable. but best meat ! we tried the butter fried steaksandthe sushi steaks to die for !
 i had the chance to taste the famous baklawa desertandthat experience was a special one. this i a very instagram friendly outlet with folks mainly turning up to take pictures with the namesake curator or the process of serving their food on the table. it is a must visit if you're a fan of meat & fancy presentations.

be ready to wait for a long period of time!
i've been to nusret around 8-9 times (basically whenever i visit istanbul).
the food is great. superb goat cheese salad, lokum, lokum burger,andmeat sushi. however, the fries accompanying can sometimes be cold.

it usually crowded with lots of localsandtourists. even with reservation, you will have to wait for quite some time. it might be a better idea to go during the day. eventually, it will be worth the wait.
it has a casual ambiance.
must try.
