recommended plates: asadoandkuzu kafesandof course the baklava at the end. kofte wad burntandthe burger was below expectations. great serviceandfast despite that we had to wait although we had a reservation.

i prefer to go to nusret at lunch time. the service is much more better. we start with proseccoandtry to choose side dishes as well as main dishes like lokum steak. at dinner time it is too busyandthe service is not good.

good food, but service is very bad. we have been waiting 35 mins for our main dish,and20 mins for the desert. we are in the restaurant for more than 2 hours now. slow serviceandbad one

hady.taha my partner made a reservation there as a surprise having heard amazing reviews. we were both pleasantly surprised that those reviews were too true. the place has by far the best meat we ever had. we shared their signature burgerandthe beef spaghetti, a side saladandfries. the meat was incredibly tenderandjuicyandthe fries were divine. the place offers complemtary dessert,andyou can choose from among two options, both of which are amazing.
the service was fast considering how packed the place was, the decor was beautiful,andthe ambiance was great. i particularly liked how you are greeted with a lovely display of hanging meats as you walk in. definitely a favorite!

1.5 hour wait after booking in advance! staff do not communicate well on what the booking system is. entry way is packed with people waiting to get seated,andeveryone is completely pissed off by the time they get to their table. horrible experience! what. a. joke.

our turkish friend had booked a table for us. we reached there half an hour earlier. they said that no reservation was done. we waited for two hours. welcome staff is very rude. people were standing on top of each other. anyway, we were seated first on a table with other people from other countries (who we surely didn't know). first meal was served. it was yummy. worth the wait. then we were moved to another table where we were alone (finally!). second meal was served. ribs + a serving show. just wow. they let u forget all the waiting timeandall the impolitness of the welcome ladies that u had to endure. show is super. taste is out of this world! really speechless. highly recommended! do not miss it out!

so crowded. impossible to get inandmake a table.  fast service, best meat however not clean enough.  but the food covers all the bad things.  recommend

service: went there for my birthdayandwas super excited the whole saltbae experience. the place was understandably over crowdedandafter much waiting we had to sitandshare a table with strangers which was of course awkward. there were no condiments or tissue papers on our side of the tableandwe had to speak over the couple sitting next to us the entire time. service was below average, but my oh my, the burgers were heavenly! which bring me to:

food: the juiciest thick meatandthe perfect seasoningandbuns. the star of the show is definitely the meat that you can find nowhere else! we devoured the ny burgerandthe nusret special burgerandi'll forever remember this as one of the best burgers i've ever tried.

service again: gotta say, some tables were having the time of their life with a cooking show & all (plus the luxury of having their own table) so you never know you might get good service if you're lucky (what?). pity i was out of luck on that part on my birthday though.

value for money: the place is also super affordable with respect to the quality!

flawless from reception to food to ambience, definitely worth the visit. the steaks are absolutely freshandperfectly seasonedandgrilled.

i had dinner at nusrat, the place could have easily gotten a 5 if they have a proper reservation system. i had a reservation at 9:30,andwas asked to be there a bit earlier. i arrived at 9:15 to find a crowd of people jumping over each other trying to reach the hostess when i got to her gabe her the reservation information, she asked me to wait next to the bar which i did. i expected to be seated at 9:30, but that wasn’t the case. i had to wait till 9:47 to be told my table was being prepared. i was taken to wait in another area for another 15min to be seated making my waiting time close to 35 min given that i had a reservation. don’t over book the place it’s disrespectful to people who are coming to pay a lot of money for food. the customers should be treated in a more dignified manner. based on that the place should get a 1. the food is a different story,andit is the only reason the place got a 4. but it is still no excuse to treat people like this. the staff serving the food was very polite. the gold steak was satisfying. the gold beqlawa was also good. the food was great, service needs to be changed asap.

they are overbookedandwe arrived there on time @9:00 pm . we waited till 10:30 pm to be seatedandthis after making us wait like sheep in a crowded place all looking at a single man begging to be seated . they only gave us a table because i started shouting while going outandsaying this is improper treatment . disrespectful treatment . if you have so many places , you take reservations accordingly .

its hard to start this review. first off, good thing we had a reservation because the que is insane. for the food. we bad the nusr-et burger, lamb filletandbeef ribs. the lamb fillet was not bad. but the rest was amazing. the burger comes with no sauceandstill manages to be one of the juiciest burgers i've ever had.andthe ribs, wow. fall of the bone ribs.
its expensive yes, but well worth it

had to wait in line despite having reservations. when finally seated, we orderedanddiscovered the portions are too smallandthe place is considerably overpriced. everything is a show in nusr-et. despite those facts, the food was delicious.
