i have been wanting to try this place for a while now. i am glad i finally made it to istanbul and got the chance to live “ the nusr-et experience”.
make sure to book 2 to 3 weeks ahead, and prepare yourself for a long wait, but trust me it will definitely be worth it.

the wooden interior gives the place a warm vibe but what makes you feel all comfy and cozy is the staff and service. each and every single table is perfectly taken care of. waiters are friendly, attentive and always around. they even perform a special show while serving the food.

now for the main act. meat.
we went for the new york steak. the tender strip is heavenly cooked. the waiter slices it up on a wooden platter and its pink juiciness just stands out but the signature “salt bae” touch is what does the magic trick. baked potatoes and spinach purée are served on the side.
we then had the special nusret dish. this is a must try. the special zone beef fillet comes almost raw. the waiter bathes it in boiling melted butter over a hot stone, the beef gets cooked to perfection with bread bites on the side dipped in the sauce before being served.
we also had the nusr-et burgers. to die for! you cant top that quality meat, rich taste, and amazing ingredients.
fries are refilled on the house.
and for the final act: dessert.
the cherry on top, as if this place needed one! a huge baklava tray comes right at you. the waiter opens up each slice, stuffs it with ice cream and then chops it up. you can feel the mouthwatering flavor with each and every single crunchy bite, bathing in sugar syrup.
traditional turkish tea is served at the end to cool down.

this is, by far, one of my best dining experiences!

biz yeni açılan nusr-et sandal bedesteni şubesine gittik. yeri güzel fakat bir etiler değil tabiki. daha güzel olabilirdi. etleri hakkında yorum yapmaya gerek bile olduğunu düşünmüyorum nusret işte???

anlamadığım tek şey buraya lezzetli diyen insanlar ne esnaflarınız var hiç bir şekilde bilinmeyen ve bu platformda olmayan! inanın bana burayla kıyaslayamazsınız bile ve bu esnaf amcalar bunların 100₺ sattığını 20₺ satıyor ve lezzeti paha biçilmez..

one of the best steak houses' i've been to in my life.

starters, ribs (beef and lamb), salads and desserts are out of this world.

do not miss on it if you ever visit istanbul.

nusr-et was there and insisted to take a picture with me. good steaks and ribs, but i would definitely recommend the stack of ribs. amazing and entertaining service.

buradaki yorumlara istinaden korka korka gittik. ama 2 kişi olduğumuzdan mı bilmem 5 dakika bile olmadan oturduk. saat de cumartesi 6’ydı. mekan nezih, tam bir show business var içerde. fiyatlar isme göre normal, etler leziz. garsonlar biraz daha kibar olabilirdi. yorumlara aldanmayın gidin, özellikle lokum yiyin, yok böyle lezzet.

great place for meat lovers!! honestly not the best place to relax and enjoy the meal, its too crowded and not comfortable. but best meat ! we tried the butter fried steaks and the sushi steaks to die for !
 i had the chance to taste the famous baklawa desert and that experience was a special one. this i a very instagram friendly outlet with folks mainly turning up to take pictures with the namesake curator or the process of serving their food on the table. it is a must visit if you're a fan of meat & fancy presentations.

ete meraklı iseniz kaçırmayın derim. olağanüstü bir servis, korkunç lezzetli, aşırıya kaçmayan bir sunum. i̇ki sorun var: 1 - aşırı pahalı, 2 - içeride oldukça görgüsüz, gürültücü bir kalabalık var. bu ikisi bir araya gelince fena halde puan düşürüyor ne yazık ki. şimdi ayrı ayrı puanlayalım ve 3.0'ı nasıl elde ettiğimizi gösterelim:

herkesin de dedigi gibi etleri gercekten mukemmel ve calisanlar ilgili , ama artik restoran o kadar musteriyi kaldirmiyor . rezervasyon yapmis olmamiza ragmen 15 dakika bekletildik ustelik dev bir masaya tanimadigimiz insanlarla dip dibe oturarak yemegimizi yedik . garsonlar yemek yiyip kalkin diye gozunuzun icine bakiyor , saniyede bir masaya gelip etleri tabaklara atiyor ve ortadakileri almaya calisiyor . cay veya kahve servisi yoktu yemek mi dayak mi yedik mekandan cikinca bile anlayamadik. gecenin sonunda kapida belki de 250 kisi vardi . anlayacaginiz disari cikmak icin mucadele vermemiz gerekti .

yoğunluktan mı umursamazlıktan mı bilinmez ama rezervasyonların pek dikkate alındığı söylenemez. sorun yaşayan birçok kişiye şahit oldum. çalışanları güler yüzlü ve samimi. lezzet olarak mükemmel diyemem ama ortalama üstüydü. yurt dışından gelen misafirleri götürmek için ideal mekan.

birkaç kez önünden geçmişliğim var içerisi her daim kalabalık ve gürültülü. çıkanların yüzünde "o kadar para verdik ama ne yedik be" ifadesi. şimdilik bu kadar bi dahaki sefere içeri girip bi tur atıp çıkmak istiyorum. onu da paylaşacağım yakında. ?

be ready to wait for a long period of time!
i've been to nusret around 8-9 times (basically whenever i visit istanbul).
the food is great. superb goat cheese salad, lokum, lokum burger, and meat sushi. however, the fries accompanying can sometimes be cold.

it usually crowded with lots of locals and tourists. even with reservation, you will have to wait for quite some time. it might be a better idea to go during the day. eventually, it will be worth the wait.
it has a casual ambiance.
must try.

fotoğraf videodan ss ??‍♀️ öncelikle garsonlar gayet ilgiliydi. bugerin fiyatı çok uygundu. diğer etlerin fiyatı ortalamanın üstünde. aldığı parayı gerek sunumu gerek lezzetiyle sonuna kadar hakettiğini düşünüyorum. gerçekten et yediğinizi anlayabileceğiniz nezih bir mekan.

sıra olmasına rağmen beklemeye değer.kuzu küşne süper bu arada gidilmesi gereken yerler arasında tavsiye ediyorum hafta içi gidilmesi sıra açısından daha uygun olur.
