nomad bistro fusion

we went for a walk around town and was super hungry afterwards and wanted to eat at a spot that was on the #theentertainer so on went the location setting that lead us to #nomadbistro. the pub is def a evening spot and not a greatplacefor a lunch date but never the less... we gave it a go! burgers was in the menu for a reward😄 i had the falafel burger with chips on the side. the burger was fresh and the chips was really yummy (keep in mind i never eat potato chips). the chef even offered his freshly made chili pesto. never judge a book by it's cover... my friend's burger was also nice and went well with our #locasavanna

nomad is such an amazingplace. the staff are beyond friendly and the food is amazing . one of the staff members explained the specials to us and made everything as clear as possible with a great smile on his face . the ribs takes me back to home . the wings are nice and spicy ! probably the best wings by far . thisplaceis definitely one for the books .

been here a few times, even when theplaceis packed the vibe is good.

the bombay chilli burger could be spicier but i guess catering to all tastes it's passable.

the nachos could do with more sour cream and avo, but overall it's ok as a snack or starter.

the bombay flat bread was bland but i enjoyed the onion on it lol 😂

not theplaceto expect your tastebuds to be blown away but for drinks and local entertainment 10/10

nb: please keep your belongings with you or ask someone to watch your table. on one visit, we witnessed a couple enter the establishment, apprach a table where guests had left their bags on the table to go smoke. then accuse us of being racist when we pointed out the table was taken. when the guests returned the couple left and threatened us outside, telling us to "let people do what they do, else we'll get hurt".

totally awesome atmosphere, laid back, casual, friendly and fun. comedy show night is a must, just better sound equipment should be used to hear them clearer, food is delicious and their prices are good. definitely aplaceto go back to!

what an absolute terrible experience , what the post on facebook for their restaurant is definitely not what you get.

the service was for the lack of a better word pathetic.

booked a table , name was on the list but no seats reserved .

cocktails tasted like watered down juice.

serviettes served was actual toilet paper rolls.

beers given had no gas.

food was cold ,rib special - do not waste your money . 3 ribs on a plate and 5 chips , i wish i was exaggerating but wow it was beyond average.

waitress never asked if we needed anything else. space of an hour she wasn't at our table .

we were seated near to the kitchen , near a deep freezer .

lighting was bad couldn't even see my bill amount when i eventually received it after 20 minutes. afer receiving it waited another 10 minutes to acutally pay it.

toilet rolls everywhere !

i would not recommend thisplaceeven if the food and drinks was free.

always wanted to go to nomad but what a disappointing experience.

theplacehave a great vibe. however rather check what is the entertainment of the evening. we had a band performing and as don't like heavy metal type of a music , i didn't like it so much. however my friends loved it. the food is great. we had burgers and it was delicious. love  the milkshakes the service was great and if you want to go where you will have an awesome evening this is the place. #lovenomad there is a personal touch as well with your name on a board.

excellentplaceto just chill and enjoy the comedians and the vibe is so stunning. see you next week nomad. the food is excellent and music.

this is a niceplaceto go to if you like live music and entertainment in general. it has good food, service and ambience in general. they also have great competitions on a daily basis!

first and last!!
myself and a colleague stopped here for lunch today, theplacelooks slimy, like it needs a proper clean. our food took an hour and theplacewas not full. there was a guy sitting around and the manager on her laptop while the waiter (who i must say was extremely helpful and nice) was trying to please all occupied tables at the same time. my order was wrong and my colleagues patty was dry and chips was hard. luckily we paid with the entertainer so i didn’t feel that bad paying half price for everything.

finally got a chance to visit this venue. fell in love as soon as we walked in. the ambience is just so positive and inviting. the staff were very attentive to our requests, from the wine selection to the food etc. the djs that were playing that night were very awesome and made us reminisce. i would highly recommend the ribs and the falafels. it is theplaceto be for good music, good food and surrounded by good people.

nomad is a cosy spot and a greatplaceto hang out with friends nd listen to live music .i enjoyed it. i will definitely go back there again.

i love the atmosphere at nomad. the owner, mohit, is quite friendly and will pop by to see if you're enjoying your meal. their risotto and various other tapas are to die for but what keeps me coming back is the spiced chai shake ❤❤

i love that they're doing various events such.as comedy nights, classic cult film nights etc. it keeps theplacevibey and sometimes gives me serious fomo

nomad bistro fusion is theplaceto be for fine dining and just plain partying. i love the cocktails, the bartenders gave out such friendly customer service and the live music is amazing. you haven't experienced cape town if you didn't check out nomad bistro fusion. i highly recommend nomad bistro fusion for a whale of a time.

i saw the nomad bistro on a show on via, dstv, called 'die kliek' . on the show the restaurant seemed to have real character. i found it very intriguing. being there myself, it was exactly like i imagined. interesting decor, lots to look at and funny quotes painted on the walls.
my boyfriend and i visited during lunch on a saturday. we sat inside, it was quiet , no shouting necessary and the service was on point. i had a flatbread, the mushrooms on it were my favorite element. my boyfriend had a burger with blue cheese that he also thoroughly enjoyed.
the manager told us about some of the events they host on week nights, e.g. live bands & comedy. sounds like theplaceto be when you're looking for a good night in the cbd.
