great place. canceled my reservation there last night to try silver fox in grapevine. i won't do that again. we'll be back to nick and sams. have been there probably 25 times and it's always been agreatexperience and worth the cost and the drive to downtown dallas.

the restaurant was beautiful and romantic. the service wasgreatas well. the food appeared to be fresh but slightly underseasoned. we had reservations for 5pm and in anticipation of a delicious dinner we decided to save our appetite for dinner. once we left the restaurant we headed to our friends house but before we could make it we both felt tremendously nauseous. we could barely make it to the house without throwing up. needless to say we spent 2 day vomiting and sick to the stomach completely ruining our weekend valentines celebration. my hubby called the restaurant to alert the manager but they just brushed it off. so not cool.

what a place!. man, i'd advise that you take your wife here, but be careful, the talent there is as pretty as their steaks! on the flip side, i did take my wife there & she said the talent there looked better than their steaks and she wasn't talking about women! this place isgreatfor people watching & nobody does it better than dallas. nick & sam's backs up the food with their own talent- in the kitchen.greatfood, excellent drinks, ambiance is perfect for a night on the town. yes, it's expensive, but you get what you pay for & you pay for agreatexperience here...which is what you'll get.

fantastic, and deserves it's reputation as agreatsteakhouse. the watermelon salad was delicious, and our steaks were perfectly done. service wasgreatas well, but with agreatrelaxed atmosphere.

great evening!!. we went to enjoy our 19th wedding anniversary @ nick and sams, and enjoyed it from start to finish. from the start we had jeff serving us,greatdetail of the menu and size portions helped guide us thru the flawless evening. from the crab cakes, salad, to the bread and the center cut ribeye's. cake was huge! cant say enough about howgreatof an experience i enjoyed with my family there.

fantastic meal and overall dining experience here. started with friendly greeting at the door, promptly seated at our reserved time and in requested booth, service was impeccable throughout the evening! we split a caesar salad, wonderful, our entrees; sea bass - was prepared perfectly and filet - tender and tasty. side of brussel sprouts also delicious. extensive wine list allowed us to find a favorite to savor while we had a memorable meal! thank you nick and sam's staff for agreatjob!

worst experience ever. had my whole family in town, decided nick and sams would begreatto take everyone to. first off, the hostesses are dressed like hookers, i was offended at their clothing i felt like i was at a strip club! our reservation was at 8, i had elderly people in our party who were very impatient. after thirty minutes my mother went to ask how much longer, the rude hostesses rudely replied "we will seat you when we are ready." at 9 o'clock we decided it wasn't worth waiting any longer and left. room service was great!

took my boyfriend here for his birthday & he loved it! they had a birthday card waiting for him at our table! our waiter was very helpful & attentive. he started out by offering us complimentary caviar & champagne. we decided to share the aged cowboy steak with black truffle sauce & a side of lobster mac and cheese. it was definitely plenty of food. for dessert we decided to split the half order of red velvet. overall agreatexperience!!

wine and dine. i visited for a wedding rehearsal dinner last weekend, and let me start by saying the night was perfect! compliments to the chefs, waitstaff, and bartenders for taking care of everyone! i was delighted by the service we had, our waiter to extra good care of us and recommened a number ofgreatwines to me.greatplace to wine and dine!

best meal ever. what can i say? went there for my son' birthday and everything wasgreat- a complete dining experience - from the service to the food. my wife is not a big steak eater, but polished off a whole 10 oz filet. will be making many return trips.

too many other good steakhouses in dallas to waste your money here. well i guess if you like prostitues at the bar, and unapologetic staff, mediocre sides, but a good steak, this is your place.

waiting on table that we had reservations for without an apology was terrible, the hookers in the bar area ready to rpunce on "fresh meat" if you turned your back, was appalling and the attitute the wait staff had for the most part was shameful.

there are far too many othergreatstaeakhouses in dallas and within minutes from nick and sams for me to ever bother going back again...oh yeah and just a fyi, i know of 3 people that have had things stolen out of there car when they valet there, just a fyi
