most interesting, cultured and tasty food i've had in a long time!. what an atmosphere! a cultured haven offering delicious tapas-style meals infused with moroccan flavours, giving mr curtis a unique and interesting flair. plus, the flourless chocolate cake was amazing and a fantastic serving size, even enough to be shared by two (if you can bare!). will recommend.

this is a perfect spot on mt martha for a nice breakfast, brunch or.lunch.

the food is divine.....literally each and every dish we ordered was beautiful.

the location is beauty, decor is chic and hospitality no 1. the hostess.took extra care in making kunnu's coffee

can be a bit expensive but for the location and experience a must

have to agree with others here . completely dismissive staff . underage kids serving wine ( liquor licensing issue) , including small blonde kid . no customer service due to all ordering through phones at tables . food was tasty , but paired with masses of bread .

from the get go, the wait staff were dismissive and rude. every question was met with a blank stare and attitude, especially by the younger girl with the long blonde hair, who looked like she was on another planet. the feed me menu is the biggest rip off - tiny portions that are served with big serves of bread so you leave full. everything tasted the same, save your money.

had a booking for a party of five, they sat us at this small coffee table on a couch! was handed no menus, nor water to drink, wasn’t even guided to the couch mind you! customers came in after us and was seated at a nice table with menus and water. employees were so rude! they didn’t even advise us that this small table was where we were eating, we figured we were waiting for our table but obviously not after the customers after us were taken care of. absolutely disgusting!

i think the qr code system of ordering food and drinks has created a service atmosphere where the wait staff only have to bring food to our table. not once were we asked how we were going, required water and in the end asked for our table to be cleared of used cutlery and plates as we enjoyed a drink after our dinner. dining is an experience and when you factor in the above comments i was underwhelmed by this restaurant.

just a coffee stop today but a lovely one nonetheless. mr curtis is upstairs off the street and has lovely views of the bar. there are a couple of prized balcony tables that are wonderful on the right day. the cafe is pleasantly set out and functions very nicely. the service here was friendly and efficient. the coffee brew was faultless, a superb long macchiato. the menu looked interesting so we’ll be back for sure for lunch or dinner.

disappointing lunch experience today,four of the main dishes not available,lamb pizza served was reheated and undercooked with a long black hair present in the yoghurt.no apologies we’re forthcoming from the staff.

beware! staff help themselves to lost property 
mum comes to visit us in mt martha from sydney. i take her to mr curtis for a few beers and guacamole but she leaves her sunglasses behind. honest waitress puts them behind bar for safekeeping. we retrace our steps the next morning and go back to mr curtis. waitress who served us confirms she picked them up but when she checks where she put them, discovers they are missing.

we leave our number for them to call. by the end of the day - no call, so we go back and get same story - no sunglasses. just a little frustrated and bewildered by now. we give it another day and go back again; same story and still no sunglasses. meet the owner this time but made to feel like we’ve wronged them. they close ranks around a thief in their midst. classy. 
maybe just lie outright next time someone asks if you have their lost property. don’t pretend to have integrity when you defend the indefensible.

delicious breakfast, beautiful view. fabulous coffee 5 stars! i could not fault it. the staff is so friendly. i’ll definitely will be back. :)

nice spot with a good atmosphere however the service & food is a bit underwhelming. food is really just tapas however overpriced & fairly simple. they also seemed understaffed being quite slow with the service, despite being nice.

nice place for an afternoon drink on a warm day. i ordered the pimms and it was really refreshing.

ordered food but wasnt a huge fan of the lamb meatballs i had. but it wasnt because there was anything wrong with it, i think i just just dont like the taste it had because i dont love lamb. plus not a huge fan of feta either. but thought i would give it a try. would happily go back to eat something else as other menu items looked good though.

the warm flatbread that came with it was delicious. had some herbs and oil on it. i really enjoyed that. for what you get, $18 is a pretty good price too.

would return for sure, especially for drinks and light snacks. amazing view from the balcony too.

last minute booking to this quaint little restaurant. they were very busy but accepted our couple reservation thankfully. we were seated out on the balcony, it was a lovely still evening but they had the heaters on which made it very comfortable. it was greek night and we were treated to 5 courses. the food was delicious; it was fresh, tasty and the serving sizes suited us. we thought it was very reasonable for $40 pp. we walked out feeling content. we also ordered a couple of wines. their mr.curtis pinot is a winner - very smooth and easy to drink. the staff were very friendly, particularly the guy in charge, he was very warm and checked in to ensure we were enjoying our dishes. the younger wait staff were lovely and very casual. there was a slight mix up with the meals, as we got the wrong course at one stage, but this was swiftly rectified. we did feel like we were forgotten about a couple of times, probably because we were seated outside. hubby had to prompt them for dessert which was sitting on the pass to be served to us for some time. however, it was brought out to us straight away. so glad we gave this place a try. we’ll definitely be back & hopefully it will be a themed night again.

love the vibe of this place and the best views in mt martha overlooking the beach. great for a relaxing, lazy afternoon. we found the food selection limited (relative to other cafes but surprising given the super tiny kitchen!!) the menu we were given was definitely more limited than the menu that has been uploaded on zomato. it was also slightly on the pricey side for the portion sizes, although the food was generally good. the mini burgers had a nice amount of spice to them, and the blt had a nice crunch to it. saganaki was good also. coffee won’t be the best you’ve had but is ok. i’d come here again - but it would be more for a relaxing afternoon with great views.
