we started our lunch off with the southern grit fritters, little nuggets of stone ground grits, applewood bacon and pimento cheese. these fritters were definitely unique and quite tasty. i like to think i have had all kinds of fritters, but i have never had them with grits. they were firm on the outside and smooth and creamy on the inside with the pimento cheese standing out in a big way.

for my meal, i chose the b’more breakfast trio of sliders which included a pulled bbq chicken and cheddar cheese slider, an applewood smoked bacon with cheddar cheese, and a spinach, roasted red pepper and goat cheese slider, all with scrambled eggs on mini challah rolls. the bbq was my favorite, but all were full of flavor and the challah roll was the perfect serving bread.

dora here. how could i not order the coconut cream stuffed french toast? oy! challah bread, coconut cream, strawberries and bananas...wonderful for a few bites, but way too sweet for an entire meal. take my advice. share and order a side of protein. your belly will thank you later.:)

his is like the best outlet of hopippola according to me as the food here is quiet good. but the staff here seemed quiet unorganised and miss-managed !
apart from it , this place is surely worth visiting

great place for brunch. i had the funky monkey bread and added on a couple eggs. it was great and i highly recommend if you like chocolate or sweets. i could have shared it with someone it was pretty big. i was lucky coming in in a rainy sunday because i only waited about 20 mins. service was friendly, fast, and helpful.

very long wait for a table on a sunday morning. waited over an hour for some amazing chicken and waffles. the chicken was crispy and crunchy and the waffles were light and fluffy and airy and with the jalapeño butter it was a great combo. so good! we sat outside and enjoyed the fall afternoon. the wait was worth it although the disorganized hostess made the wait longer than it should have been.

be back for sure!!! i could have ordered a dozen things off the menu and or just the sides.

open for breakfast, lunch and brunch all week long, miss shirley’s is a baltimore institution providing full-on downhome eats (of epic proportion) and equally ott hair of the dog hangover remedies all with efficient and friendly service. i got a chance to indulge in breakfast at miss shirley’s inner harbor restaurant one fine morning during my trip. wow. i would have loved to have tried every item on the menu and savoured every devoured scarf of the few i did.

it's one one of the popular restaurant in inner harbor, we had to wait 30 min before we were seated. the restaurant was crowded. it's also one of the most awarded restaurants in the vicinity. i ordered veg sandwiches accompanied with the spicy shirly drink.
food, drinks and the ambience is pretty dope.

food was innovative and very good. the fried green tomatoes with crab were amazing, grits were awesome, bacon was tasty, monkey bread was out of this world and drink selection was creative. wait staff was attentive. we had a great time... it was a fantastic start to the weekend....

if you're hungry for rib-sticking goodness, delivered with operational efficiency, those skills were on full display today. expect to wait for a table, but you will be rewarded with a meal that should exceed expectations. service was also spot on.

i really like that despite being crowded, ms cafe staff don't take your patronage for granted. they take the time to thank customers for coming in. nice touch!

food was so great, and service was kind and prompt. i ordered the coconut cream french toast -- it is huge and delicious. my husband ordered the baja skillet, which was also great! would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

heard a lot about this place so i had to roll through and see what all the fuss was about. well, the buzz was right. simply put, great service and good food. worth the visit!

go here with a monstrous appetite. alcoholic beverages are good - the food is amazing and the portions are gargantuan!! a classic place that you have to try if in baltimore.

solid breakfast and a very friendly staff. i had the breakfast sandwich, which was rated #1 in the country and i must say that it was just above average. but it was good and so was everything else there!!

went for a late breakfast and went for the eggs, bacon and onion with potatoes dish. service was amazing and the place had great decoration. the food was ok and the price was what you can expect.

no customer servive. my family and i just had an awful experience at miss shirley's this past weekend. my daughter who is 4 and has an egg allergy. she loves eggless french toast, to make eggless french toast all you do is add alittle corn starch and or milk and cook alittle longer then normal french toast because it is runnier. we asked the hostess if the cook was able to make eggless french toast and she said "no" with out asking anyone. my husband immediately asked for the manager. when she came out she did not ask the cook either, she responded no, we are too busy to make any kind of accommodations. obviously we left and had to explain to my crying 4 yr old that miss shirley's, didn't want to make any food for her.
