worst service ever. last night i went to dinner at miss delta's with my partner and some of our family. it was the worst service i have ever had there. first of all it took a minute to get our order taken. then it took about ten minutes to get 4 drinks made and a soda. when or order came up. themanagerwho was behind the bar with the only other server mind you told her the food was up and then they both proceeded to make drinks while our food sat in the window for 2.5 mins until the cook brought it to us. when we got our food it wasn't hot, it was warm. my brisket sandwich was gross and my sweet potatoe fries were not cooked all the way. my brother-in-law's food wasn't properly cooked either. after or order was taken no one came to check on us. my partner went to themanagerwho was behind the bar and asked to speak with him. he said he eruptions be there in a few mins. the waitress came over and finally checked on us and we explained or concerns. she apologized and said she was new to bartending. we talked to her about the food and she said she would get the manager. after about 5 to 10 mins themanagerfinally came to talk to us. my brother-in-law explained what was happening and themanagerimmediately for defensive. he threw the waitresses under the bus and said he was not our server. but we explained he is themanagerand it's his job to oversee the entire restaurant. he then got loud and started talking all the plates from the table. even the ones that people were not complaining about. and he never took ownership for anything. needless to say dan themanagerat miss delta's might want to find a new line of work if that is how he handles a busy night. i will never enter this establishment again. very disappointed in how things were handled.
