ratchet. we have never hadbadfood here. the food is always good and the prices are good. sometimes the wait staff is not the best; however, they always will get the job done.

we eat there often!

good food. unprofessional staff.. i don't think the wait staff realizes just how loud they are and how clearly the customers are able to hear them when they are in the kitchen and prep areas. two girls carried on about an intimate encounter one of them had the night before. then another goes on to announce howbadher "cramps" are. i was very disgusted by the lack of professionalism.

that being said...

the food has always been hot and fresh here. servings are huge. it will take quite awhile for the food to get to your table, but when it does, you will be happy. my favorite item is the zinger mountain melt. you will definitely like the place as long as you don't sit next to the kitchen...or if you are deaf...

went tonight and waited over 40 min for us food. then i guess i had not learned my lesson yet and i ordered dessert. waited another 28 min for a cup of ice cream. seriously???? 28 mim for a cup of ice cream??? spoke to carl, the manager, and he did not give 2 #$%& about our wait orbadservice. will definately not be going back. have not had thisbadservice in a long, long time.

never had abadmeal. chicken nachos are great along with the big read , the onion rings and the wings you gotta love them , the place to go for consistancy in jacksonville .

chicken cheese nachos. great place! good food, good service. had a few hick-ups when i was there last. the "happy hour" had hours that were not listed andbadmanagement. when i wrote a note to them, they were quick to apologize and correct the issue! so, kudos for that!

overall, great place to have food while watching the game.
