i'm korean. but have lived in a couple of countries.
and always tried to find good korean restaurant.
i guess all korean restaurants in foreign countries have a dilemma between keepin traditional style and westernised or fusion style, so its very hard to find really great one.
obviouslymigahas the solution for those questions.
all side dishes that are kind of complimentary dishes if you order main menu, are definite korean style but their choices are good for everyone in the world.
korean bbq is bloody korean style either, but they introduce lots of cooking methods and marinated meat menus for western or westernised asian customers like my girlfriend.
and i really really surprised their salad.
the salad doesn't even in the menu, kind of complimentary dishes if you order korean bbq main meal.
i guess there are 4 or 5 kinds of vegetables in the salad.
can't even write on here, because there is no english word for explaining those vegetables appropriately.
and sauce is perfect too.
so i cant handle my curiosity when i tasted the salad, so i asked the staff, hes the business owner and korean.
and his parents have a farm, and its 100% organic one, so that they can give me the perfect korean salad.
i have been in aussie and nz for 4yrs but never seen those vegetables, just saw in korea for a long time ago.
so i cant help to recommand all the people as many as possible. even if their dishes ain't so good for you, at least your stomach would be happy because i'm entirely sure all their dishes are based on their 100% organic vegetables.
