thiscrabcake is out of this world! thecrabis nice and sweet, and the spicing is light enough to make itself known, but still showcase that prizedcrabflavor. the binder has a slight bready flavor, but not so much that it just does its job and stays out of the way. the roll is very firm, so when you bite down, the cake tends to squish out from the roll. we found the tomato to have a really fresh flavor, although it was probably sliced a bit too thick for this kind of application. the cake probably could have a used a bit more spice, but with that awesomecrabflavor, we're really not complaining.
