poor customer service. i went there for brunch. food was good, service was mediocre. on the way out, i asked if they would be open on easter sunday for brunch, which was 3 weeks away. they said they didn't know yet if they would be open, please callbackin about a week. a week later i called to make a reservation for a party of 12 and i was told she had to call the manager and ask if they would be to accomodate my party because they already had several large parties on that day at that time and she would call me back!!! (nevermind that i calledbackwhen they told me to call back.) she never called. four days later, i called back. she had not talked to the manager yet, but said she would call her and call me back. she calledbackabout a half hour later and said they would not take my party. i have never heard of a restaurant turning down business because they would have to call in additional people to work! they lost me as a customer. i wish sanders corner had never closed...
