poor customer service. i went there for brunch. food was good, service was mediocre. on the way out, i asked if they would be open on easter sunday for brunch, which was 3 weeks away. they said they didn't know yet if they would be open, pleasecallback in about a week. a week later i called to make a reservation for a party of 12 and i was told she had tocallthe manager and ask if they would be to accomodate my party because they already had several large parties on that day at that time and she wouldcallme back!!! (nevermind that i called back when they told me tocallback.) she never called. four days later, i called back. she had not talked to the manager yet, but said she wouldcallher andcallme back. she called back about a half hour later and said they would not take my party. i have never heard of a restaurant turning down business because they would have tocallin additional people to work! they lost me as a customer. i wish sanders corner had never closed...
