after the recommendation of our friend, we came from far away for markus and it disappointed us. although it is located in the industrial estate, markus has a very nice decoration. we let the waiter direct us and ordered the hummus, cheddarpoutineand long ribs (to the bone). the hummus was overrated, it had a very fabricated taste. although the quality of cheddar used was good but thepoutinewas not more than average. let's talk about the ribs i've experienced. when i had lived in us, i ate a lot of good examples and it was one of my favorite dish. their main business are ribs and similar meats but i didn't taste something special. in my opinion, taking advantage of the red meat quality in turkey, they can creat much better plates. however, the most disturbing issue in the place is that they serve wine in the cup. and they charge 40tl for the wine they serve in the cup. if you do not have alcohol permission, do not sell! if you are going to sell alcohol, do not sell poor quality products and far away from courtesy.
