(see photos and explanations below.) fortunately, zhu dang is up front about this, with a mission that emphasizes flavor over tradition. but, as a result, i don’t seechineseimmigrants,chinesecollege-aged students, or those seeking “pure”chineseflavors coming to eat here. the gorgeous space and food menu accompanied by high-end tea and cocktails (all at higher-end prices) will primarily draw the typical capitol hill crowd.
