have been to lavonne multiple times before for dessert,firsttimewent der for breakfast. for some reason the cafe looks extra beautiful in the morning.the food was top notch. almond croissant and peach danish has always been my favourite but thistimei just fell in love with fig and honey toast. overall a great place for breakfast..slightly expensive but the ambiance and food quality is top notch.and yes even the coffee was great.

for last 3 years i have always ordered signature choc cake for daughters birthday and this year as well came to their place for ordering but it was very disappointing experience.
stood near the billing counter to place an order and patiently waited for more than 5 minutes, i am perfectly aware of the fact during busy hours orders can’t be served immediately, but person at the front desk should have basic courtesy to acknowledge the customers presence and politely say it will take sometimeand will get back to me. but the lady managing the counter, probably thinks being super busy at the cost ignoring the customers is the right thing to do .

if this is how they are going to manage their customers then god save them. done with their shop. good quality can’t be excuse for pathetic customer experience. there are equally good dessert shops with better customer experience. i have been living in indiranagar for last 20 years and i have seen much better eateries winding down due to bad customer experience.

headed right back to smoor on 100 feet road, very good customer experience right from thetimeentered the store, front desk employee told me politely she will get back to me few minutes and explained about various varieties of birthday cake available. lavonne should be sending their employees to smoor to learn on how to treat customers.

the standards have gone too low. portion size is decreasing day by day. such pathetic service. had to wait for longtimeto get anything. feels too bad to have been here many times and also to have it to be a part of special celebrations in our family.
the mushroom quiche was not at all fresh. even after asking them if it’s fresh twice, they heated the dry piece just to sell it and served it. it’s a disappointment to have rated it so much and have recommended to many. did not expect this from lavonne!

it's my firsttimevisit and i heard lots about this place, it is the best place to for dessert they have varieties of dessert n unique ,special thanks to mona she warmly welcome us n suggestion on menu ,we like her personality, will surely come back for mona.

after a really longtimewent to one amazing cafe which will leave a mark on my food exploration trail. the cafe is located on the main roads and has an vibrant ambiance which attracts people towards this place. first and foremost the place has a very soothing decoration which makes the guest relax and provides them a peaceful mind set in deciding the food. when it comes to food they serve exiqusite and more perfectly prepared food items. we have ordered a couple of french dishes which made us overwhelm with joy, to my surprise all the dishes we ordered were very tasty and everything was crafted to atmost perfection in taste and quality. my favourite was the sour bread which was the best french dish i ever had, the bread was crisp and filled with bacons. the creamy cheese added a dash of adrenaline rushing flavours to it and i was so satisfied with the dish that it made my day perfect. overall it was an amazing experience.

it's located in the heart of the city but still you feel relaxed when you enter this place. it's close to 100ft road. the ambience is lively and welcoming. we went there multipletimeand writing this review based on the lasttimevisited this place. love food there. went there for breakfast. ordered quartered egg and crisp bacon with pesto toast, pulled pork sandwich and hot chocolate. i love the fact that they give hot chocolate in the most authentic way i.e. with marshmallow. the desserts here are great. it's so good that once tried you will have a craving for later again. eclairs and croissants and other pastries. i am yet to try all of the items but surely would love to keep visiting them.

such a lovely place to celebrate memories wid some good desserts and tea. i visited this place near christmas. i really had a greattimebecause of ambiance and the desserts. the ambiance is really decent and give you a pleasure of classiness. staff is really decent and attentive. some of the desserts were absolutely perfect but one of them were ili messy. overall place is good if you are a dessert head.

what a disappointment. went to lavonne after dine-in was reintroduced in many places post lockdown. lavonne only had delivery and takeaway options still so i picked up a couple of quiches, a dessert and coffees for takeaway.

the quiches were not warmed and were packed into a huge brown paper bag. no box, no butter paper, no plate or tray, no disposable cutlery, no tissues. just the quiche, lying there cold and lonely at the bottom, grease dripping through the bag.
the coffees were given in takeaway cups with lids. thank goodness for even that! no seal for the aperture, no cup holder/tray or stirrer or sugar, no marking the cups with which coffee was which.
at atimewhen the only options are for delivery and takeaway, one assumes that restaurants are prepared to provide appropriate packaging, temperature, freshness, cutlery, and such to make it easier for customers to actually continue enjoying their food. and note that the prices are still the same as dine in, if not higher. so i'm unimpressed with the treatment of customers trying to support their favourite businesses.

it's a great place. it's a patisserie where we can get all baking goods. they provide a course and it's actually an institute where you can give wings to your baking dreams. they provide advanced courses of patisserie and has varieties of baked items.

my personal favorite and recommendation is cheesecake with berries. it is baked cheesecake which i always prefer. placed over the graham cracker, l guess, with a side coating of white chocolate and topped with berries. this is one of the best cheesecake, i ever had. must try.

other things which i have tried are blueberry muffin, which has perfect balance of sweet and tanginess. and also pistachio and raspberry danish, which is butter-glazed and has the perfect crispiness.

this place is always crowded. you can see family, working professional or bakers crowd. staff is very polite and courteous. weekends are always busiest. sometimes, you have to experience the waitingtimeas well. but my suggestion is to try at least one of the baked goods from this place.

pastries:enclair hazelnut was good.tropical excellence petit was fine.gatex independence cake petit was good,milk choc orange tart was ok.i felt the pastries should be more decadent
snacks & shakes:we had pistachio & raspberry danish which was good and tirumisu shakes was not good it did not feel like tiramisu it felt like cold coffee.
the place is a bit expensive.it also takestimeto get a table.
