the food was amazing but the customer service was terrible .. been waiting to try out thisplacefor ages.. hard to go back.

i've been to this cafe many times. my wife and i particularly enjoy the food and we always let go of the poor service. most times we have to repeatedly ask for water, proper cutlery etc. it's surprising how they only focus on food and not on over all customer experience.
today we went for our breakfast and while our avocado on toast was great, we had the strangest experience when we ordered pancakes.
i asked for plain pancakes with maple syrup & cream on the side. to that the lady taking the order said you still have to pay the full price.... we said of course.. we are being specific so we don't waste other topings. we said we have order this many times for the past 3 years. she then said "and it's pancake syrup and not maple syrup". we said it's always maple syrup.. she said no its pancake syrup. we said no problem we are okay with that syrup... she repeated again "and it's pancake syrup". we just felt extremely insulted.
i said it's okay, we won't have that, you can get us our cheque. i then went to the billing counter to ask why today ordering pancakes is so difficult.... to that the gentleman said their batter went bad today and pancakes are not available. i said i am sorry and i went back to be table.
and when i turned evey table had pancakes :)

i told my wife that we must find a betterplacethat gives a respectful experience to the customers.

it's a shame that this cafe even has an institute.

have you been a fan of charlie and the chocolate factory? well, i sometimes wish to dwell in that story!
whenever i step into this outlet i can think of nothing but how i am engulfed by the aromas of freshly baked breads and sweet confectionery. i also absolutely love the hot chocolate here and the chocolate eclairs. what a perfectplacebe it for dates or a casual evening with family!

everything is so good here. they have a very limited options for vegetarians but then whatever its on menu it will be worth it. the food quality and taste is just superb. if you are a fitness freak then you will get good options here.
we ordered cappuccino coffee, english sandwich with pesto and mayo, granola yogurt bowl. i also had a alfredo pasta earlier and a geek salad. i would say everything is literally yum. if your crazy about cheese cakes then this is aplacewhere you'll love it.

good food. however horrible attitude of staff - especially mr hope who claims to be the manager of theplaceand can’t remember the order in which customer are waiting and on top of it - not an iota of regret in giving customer service. pathetic attitude of mr hope

everything is suddenly pretty and delicious once you enter here. i was never a fan of cheesecakes but this one just hits next level. all the desserts were delectable. apart from the good looking dessserts the pastas too were commendable. the white sauce of the pasta was soo rich.

thisplacewas on my bucket list for a long time. finally got a chance to try these amazing desserts. worth the money. the quality is outstanding and taste was out of the world. a must try place. thank you for these amazing desserts

i had been here recently for a weekend breakfast. we were seated in the outdoor area and that immediately put us in a relaxed mood, what with the lovely blore weather and sights & sounds of indiranagar on a relaxed morning :)

we had scrambled eggs and an omelette (made to order eggs). each of this came with their in-house baked bread and butter.

i particularly enjoyed my scrambled eggs - creamy, tasty and finger licking good. also loved the grilled vegetables and the citrusy salad it came with.

overall a fantastic experience and am surely gonna be a regular breakfaster here from now on! :)

special mention to the staff - all courteous folks with a warm smile on their faces. our table was attended by sushant who was just charm personified!

have been to lavonne multiple times before for dessert,first time went der for breakfast. for some reason the cafe looks extra beautiful in the morning.the food was top notch. almond croissant and peach danish has always been my favourite but this time i just fell in love with fig and honey toast. overall a greatplacefor breakfast..slightly expensive but the ambiance and food quality is top notch.and yes even the coffee was great.

first thing, thisplaceis awesome. loved the ambiance and service. staff is friendly too. we had the chocolate cake ganache and ordered bucket cake for the birthday, as it's a celeybration cake and both tasted amazing and would love to visit thisplaceagain.

overrated, overpriced and pathetic service.

nobody cares to take your order. we had to wait 15 mins toplacethe order. food is average, less quantity and overpriced.
horrible service., they took 15-20mins to get the desserts (that are ready) to our table. all they had to do was take it out n hand it over.
there is no basic courtesy of giving a glass of water inspite of requesting 3-4 times. finally we walked to the billing counter and asked for water.

wondering how they still have 4.6 rating 🤷🏻‍♂️.. looks like they have paid for it.

if you want to have a good experience and save some bucks would suggest not to visit this place.

why in the world is thisplaceso highly rated! i mean, barring for the service - which was very good - everything else was pathetic!

we ordered for a cappuccino (👍🏾), egg benedict and pain au chocolat. the benedict and pain au chocolat were below par in taste, quality and quantity. and the gall for these guys to price the benedict at inr 480! seriously? i was in switzerland last month and the price over there was 5 chf, which is around inr 400 and we are talking about the most expensive country in the world!

my family and i are never visiting this over-expensive shamplaceagain.

the food here is really good and would surely recommend thisplaceto anyone visiting indiranagar.
