food: i wasnt able to taste the food they offer but i tried their ice cream and ice custards. i like the cheesecake and almond flavor but not the kiwi flavored. very sour. the cup with 3 flavors cost almost php 200.00. ( i think the exact price is php 180.00) very nice though. you have a lot of choices but never mix kiwi flavored ice custard. not a good idea.
they have wine library and they offer many varities of wines. you name it, you can have it.

ambiance: high 5. very romantic, chill place. good for romantic dates.

price: reasonable. not expensive not cheap.

the paris in cebu.
such a great place.

the wine room is worth the visit. the wine itself is worth the price. the place, the ambiance, the people is worth the memory.

i super love the ambiance of the place. and the wines! hahaha 😂 when we went it was past midnight so that was the only thing we can get at that time. very affordable wine selections and the wine made me realized that i should’ve changed my lifestyle years ago 🤔🤐🤗

i love the ambiance especially during night time it look pretty awesome came here during day time so i missed there thick crust pizza.the breads and wines cost at a reasonable price and when you come here try also the french restaurant on their left side although it's kinda pricey.the staffs are okay.the area is not so very clean when i came here with my friend the tables where not yet clean cause it was afternoon when we were here.overall it's a good place to chill with fiends and family on a cold weekend.

so its like, social climbing with the lhuilliers, without them actually being involved.
it’s a very enjoyable place, nonetheless.
real posh.
but what i really like is the wine room. its an impressive showcase of tarts and cheeses.

back then when it wasnt that crowded, this was my go-to place like literally we get to hang out with friends and catch up here over bottles of wine every time im in cebu. my all time fave is their pear shanpelino and their butter croisant is ❤.

what i love the most is the 'exclusivity' feels of the place but my recent visit was the total opposite. it was hard getting tables and chairs because the place was full. nevertheless, it didnt affect the timely service and friendly staff that they have.

one of the best places to chill and drink wine in cebu. the bakery serves fresh bread and the croissant is the best. the wine is cheap but it’s not that bad, it’s worth the buck for me. plus the pizza there is worth the try.

being the most picturesque wine & deli restaurant in cebu, la vie parisienne, which simply means parisian life, is a go-to place for both locals and tourists for their extensive array of wines, delightful bread and patisserie, and cheese variants. just a month ago, they’ve introduced something new to the public. brought directly from italy by gelato master, chef manuel minelli, they have launched their la vie french artisan gelato.

the first time i went here it was still so simple. the food wasnt that good. but last night, i was shocked by how it is now, it is so classy and the ambiance is like we were in another country. the food was also good. i want to try other foods and wines when i go back here.

well, the place is already famous to everyone especially to the wine lovers. love the interior and their menu ❤️ a comment on their 'self-service policy': please make exemptions. i have one useless arm and bought a whole pizza and wine. i asked for help from the staff because can you even carry the wine, glass and pizza with just one hand? but they just refused because of such policy. i guess i'll need to bring chaperone next time haha

la vie was a last minute choice for our group of 10. the place was a former tesidence with a large vernada and built in the old spanish house style of the senoritas of cebu. it has morphed into a french-inspired bakery-deli and wine library. la vie has a nice selection of sparkling fruit wine (which for me is an oxymoron) since the french take their wine seriously and often drank more than water. it also has some selection of french wine but not a lot from the recognised wine areas. it also has a nice selection of french liquer, pastis, orangerie, etc. they also have some cider and fruit beer. their food is definitely french. we got some escargot 16pcs and 4cheese pizza. the order was tasteful and i would say very good. i could smell their coffee from the other table and it was also wonderful. i saw their pastries and baked desserts. while they look authentic they seem to be tired and dated not fresh. maybe because we arrived around 9pm. they also a selection of cheese but not as extensive than santi's. i think the best part of this place is the ambience. the inside of the restaurant is a nice cozy and well designed chill place. in fact, its the most popular spot in the whole establishment that you have to line up to get a spot. note the seating arrangrment in the inside room is good for 6 only. the garden or al fresco part of the restaurant is pleasant. they have garden set-up with a wicker-based dome tent and a very funky colored chair set-up. in terms of ambience i would say la vie is the best place to chill to have a romantic date or just hang with the barkada. the only fly in the ointment of this very elegant establishment is the service. the service charge they add to your bill does not merit the money you pay for. first of all, you order by the counter/cashier and pay as you order. regardless if you order the wine or the food you do it cafeyeria style you line up and pay for your stuff. thennyou bring your own order to your table including the drinking glasses. when you seat down on your table, particularly, in the garden part you have to find your own spot and even arrange your tables. the service crew just looks at you and will not even offer you tables or chairs. you basically have to fend for yourself. you will even hsve to ask the service staff to bting in plates and cutlery to use for your fooed order. water is not even offered at all!!! for thevprice they charge for their food and drinks and the add-on service charge for a service that does not exist, la vie could be called 'highway robbery'. the only readon la vie pariesienne will be worth a visit is the food and ambience. bit expect to serve yourself to enjoy the visit.
