nice cozy place to relax (albeit the crowd being a bit too noisy when we went) and have some cheese with your wine of choice. their pastries are heavenly and macarons are just right, not too sweet. their sandwiches are alright, the baguette being a little tough. i recommend getting the pain chocolat, anything raisin, and their lovely orange chocolate macarons, which our daughter absolutely devoured.

my partner brought me here as part of her birthday eve surprise for me. we just had dinner at a seafood place in lahug and la vie parisienne was a great way to cap the night. my heart did a happy jump as soon as i spotted the place. our team was welcomed with the aroma of freshly-baked goodies and cheese. i couldn't hide my excitement!

la vie parisienne offers a wide variety of wines (red, white, sparkling, etc), imported and local beers, baked goodies, cheese and cold cuts. prices of wines are ranging from 400php to thousands. i don't think they are selling wines per glass, but we bought a bottle anyways. there was also a dome-like room that displays all the wines, with a rectangular table and high chairs in the middle , which was the most instagram-able part of la vie parisienne! don't leave just yet if you haven't take your photo here. baked goodies were averagely priced, too. one thing though, the garlic bread was hard to chew when cold. assorted cheese on display were quite a lot and handful, too. it was heaven to us!

the owner of la vie parisienne was a handsome foreign gentleman who was very hands-on in running his nook.

the al fresco dining area was very romantic at night. i can't stress it enough, the whole experience was ultimately awesome!

we came here around 10 in the evening and didn't expect there were still that many people. after a few minutes of locating a spot with vacant tables and chairs, we sat and ordered pizza which was located at the outdoor part of the place, somewhere around the back to be exact. the first thing they said is it would take an hour to cook because of all the other orders they still had to manage. of course we were shocked and felt a bit disappointed but we had no other choice and transferring to a different restaurant seemed troublesome so we just sat there and waited. we got some bread and pastries and ordered iced coffee, mocha vanilla and americano. we enjoyed all of those, the taste was really excellent i myself didn't expect it to taste that good considering it's just bread and coffee. and when the pizza arrived, i was even more surprised. by far the best pizza i've ever tasted! the four cheese which was so full of flavor and i'm not a fan of cheese so imagine my shock when i ate a lot of slices of that marvelous four cheese pizza. the taste was just so good i couldn't get enough of it. i do wish to come back and try it again or maybe other food they have since i noticed they have different types of food they cook and serve. the tables needed some cleaning, though. most of them were filled with dust and dirt so we had to clean it ourselves. the service was okay but the food and drinks were just marvelous.

when they opened, every one seem to clamor about this place. i was one of them  too. until now, they have maintained (and even improved on other aspect in the place and service) their status as the premier wine place in town. the location is good, a good place for chill-out. special mention to their croissant because it's the best croissant in town. i don't like their sandwiches, though, because the bread is hard for my taste. cheese and cold cuts are also available and a must try too. take advantage in taking pictures at their wine cellar because it's picture worthy.

perhaps, this is one of the prominent name for wine lovers in cebu. set in a melodramatic french -japanese romantic ambiance, this place has set the bar high in outdoor dinning and drinking standards.

finest products of france are shipped to this island of cebu for its patrons. been a customer and been in this place since its conception, done trying their cold delis , cheeses and pizzas. and champagnes and coffees to.

however, i would like to address this concern, the speed of service can be a spoiler to ones date here. i hope they can come up with a solution in keep tract and dealing with their customers considering the sea of crowd at peak time and day.

yet i can not get over with it. plus the romantic ambiance at dusk. i could not help coming back here once in a while.

i honestly only tasted their champagne and side food like burgers and bread but they are good. the major savior of this experience is the very enchanted ambiance. that's all for now.

yay! finally made it here and it's open even during holy week. fron the outside its just an ordinary facade but wait till you get inside. the smell of pastries and bread wafts through the air. the walls lined up with countless bottles of wine. there is a cute "wine cellar" and if you come during busy days, you have to wait before you get to do some selfies. another door takes you to the garden with a bar set up. there was this dome which immediately catches the eye. you may grab bottle of vino and pair it with the pastries al fresco.

la vie parisienne is a boulangerie that also serves cold cuts, cheese and wine.

i first learned about this restaurant from a post of a colleague. i am a sucker for cold cuts and cheese; this would be the perfect spot for me to hang out as they have wine served to pair.

upon reaching the place, i found an immediate liking for the restaurant. it was casual-chic that exudes energy (or was it just me 😜). we got to choose which cold cuts, cheese, bread to match and wine to pair. i was like a kid in a candy store. i was sooooooo happy!!! hahaha.

for starters, we had cheese then came the cold cuts. all were quite good, comparable to manila's swiss inn 😍. the big surprise were their croissants, they were light, flaky and oozing with butterlicious goodness!!! the wine flushing down all the goodilicious only makes me want some more - heavenly!!!

verdict: great food, ambiance and price! i will definitely go back when i visit cebu again. 😋😋😋

i love the concept of their dining area, where captivating pink-purple lights captivate me. the background music was just right. they sell wines and other alcoholic beverages which unfortunately i don't drink. i ordered an iced tea slush instead, but that was p69 for a small, non-extraordinary drink -- not even enough to satisfy one thirsty person, haha. we ordered macarons which i heard came directly from france. but that too has nothing extraordinary in its taste. same macarons you can taste anywhere else. but i love the place, a nice spot to just sit down and enjoy the company of good friends.

since it opened a couple of years ago, it has become a popular place to have a glass of wine and just hang out with your friends. their baked goods are tasty especially their croissants. also make sure to have a cheeseboard to go with your wine. you can pick and choose what goes on it. it does get crowded especially in the evenings. afternoons are the best time.

opted to be here only when it's no longer that hyped! glad i made that decision!

outdoor wine drinking is best for chilling, especially now with the cold weather is looming ;)

place is great!

your bill can either be cheap to painful , it's all up to you!

service people is not enthusiastic and engaging though.
