i have been there on 16 ramadan for iftar , the
food was very nice and tasty and alot of variant collection of salads and maincourse, and the service and staff were very kind , the buffet is very organised .

i do recommend this restaurant forgoodiftar or buffet experience .

impressed by the variety of dishes served for ramdan iftar, main dishes were delicious and perfect, few were normal,
dessert dishes were not much but they could make it up by having agoodice cream station.
hot drinks weregoodand various so the cold drinks.
staff were just friendly, though the place was not crowded.

overall, it was a fantastic experience i would love to make it again.

my second and for sure not my last iftar at kuzbara. they have various food stations and different cuisines. the quality of the food i had for iftar ranges betweengoodand excellent. staff are very organized and very friendly.

went for a lunch buffet to this place. at 12: 45 on a saturday, we were the first ones in a well appointed place, but soon enough it started to fill up. we are shown around by the hostess. would not call it an extensive spread but was plentiful.
salads -great variety and most important, very fresh and full of flavored. salmon and sweet potato salad highly recommended. carrot parsnip soup wasgoodtoo. shish tawook from the grill station were brought to our table from the grill by a chef herself, with the chili dip they were awesome -fully done yet so succulent pieces of chicken. beef roast was awesome, lamb roast with vegetables, pizza, mashed potatoes, chicken tangine, okra gravy, arabic lamb gravy , bread station, gnocchi station and cheese station were available and were good. lamb biryani had the right subtle flavors.
red velvet cake, brownies, chocolate parfaits, passion fruit brûlée (a lil too sweet, for my taste) , umm ali, bread pudding jostled for attention alongside, ice cream station with 6 kinds of ice cream with numerous toppings. all weregoodexcept bread butter pudding which had a lil too strong egg whiff.
customer service was excellent, all staff looked pleasant and happy. taking care yet not intrusive, overall agoodplace to take your family too.

verygoodexperience i had in this restaurant, this is very international restaurant and their menu is wide variety from arabian to indian to italian, service is nice, staff is freindly, one must visit this

good value for those who wants to feast on seafood, meat and beer ... more so if you have a coupon or entertainer

not a big spread but they make the effort with each sections. the highlight is their live bbq station (quite a huge selection of meat and seafood) and their dessert station. rest is quite the standard

ambience is "meh" unless you like the all day dining hotel breakfast setting

alcohol package comes with selection of beer and red/ white sangria only ... no wine or house pours package options for those who fancy neither ...

i am most disappointed by their grilled lobster. the lobster meat was stale and had an unappetizing after taste .. had half and didn't feel like finishing the rest ... it's not that it's overdone but rather the quality of the meat .. tasted like farmed lobster that has a very bad feed ... none of the sweet crustacean taste.

oyster are small and quite run of the mill .. blanched prawns are sadly cooked and chilled too long

the rest of the mains and accompaniments are ok but doesn't really stands out in taste .. hence i find myself not going back for seconds for the first time. i enjoyed the cakes and ice cream selections more!!

i must be missing something with all the previous rave reviews!

on the plus side,
- bbq beef and pomfret is surprisingly good
-goodand efficient table service staffs for an almost full house

with so many other options for thursday themed nights at other hotels .. will checked this off for now.

back to serve up a fun brunch, @marriottdowntownad has relaunched its popular weekend brunch; yes you heard me right !! eat, play, laugh is returning to kuzbara, focusing on all three elements of the ultimate brunching experience ;goodfood,gooddrinks andgoodtimes.

as we pulled up to the entrance of the swanky hotel, our expectations were sky-high – after all, it’s not everyday that a friday brunch offers games and a resident dj all under the same roof.

there is a strong mix of international cuisine on the brunch menu with carvery stations and a stacked seafood bar, south-east asian street food,malay-thai delicacies, aromatic indian dishes, sushi,pizza & pasta.

the buffet had everything we could possibly want – from the classic tandoori chicken to game-changing chicken wings – if you have a sweet tooth, be prepared to linger around longer at the dessert station.

plus, keeping you busy and offering some entertainment, you can also play a range of games including giant jenga, darts and fusball while you enjoy the spoils.

so, with plenty to eat, play and laugh about, i would definitely recommend marriott downtown’s friday brunch to anybody looking for a fun and fabulous feast on a day off.

went to kuzbara for christmas eve. it was such a beautiful night. the staff were very welcoming. the service was warm and attentive and kind to children.
the live stations weregoodand the variety. tge deserts were fantastic. abimav was our waiter and he was excellent and courteous.
loved it.

our server patrick was phenomenal. very attentive. he will take verygoodcare of you.

kuzbara is an amazing place with a great atmosphere: amazing dj and games for the kids, not to mention reallygoodfood. the hospitality and kindness of the staff was also one of a kind!

loved the friday italian dinner buffet😍 every dish was made to perfection. being a veg i had my doubts but the live counter and many other veg options satisfied all my taste buds 🙂. ms tijits and mr krishnan were very courtious and ensured we had agoodfamily time @ #kuzbara. options in desserts were out of the world i think i still missed tastings some as there were so many yummy delights. thank to kuzbara team for a yummy dinner experience🥰

perfect for all ocassion and for relaxation, the ambiance is very relaxing and the staffs are very accomodating and i was surprised that they have a simple presentation for my birthday. i salute you guys specially mr. krishna, tigist and patrik you did a verygoodjob and will surely suggest to all my friends and family

it’s been a long while that we have tried any brunch at agoodplace. so this friday we thought to get back in brunches. we came to know that kuzbara restaurant in marriot downtown abu dhabi has started offering a different type of brunch. they have three categories eat, play and laugh. they’re all related to brunch only but with extended beverages (of all types), and access to the play and bar area at the end. they give you a band according to the selection of brunch. we chose eat and so were given. pink band. they have an extended menu in their brunch covering different cuisines. they welcome you with welcome drinks 🍸 then there’s bread corner, cold beverages counter, hot curries bar, thai food, love sea food station where you can ask them to cook the food according to your taste, choice of soup that you can make your own, bbq station, mexican food station, salad bar, fresh garden salad bar, indian food station, cheese and fruit station, dessert station, ice cream corner and other drink preferences. the food wasgoodin taste and presebtable. their staff starting from manager till waiters all were present minded and hospitable welcoming and escorting their guests with a warm and pleasing smile. they’re jam packed so better to reserve the table before going there. o yes! not to forget they had a play area for kids too where the young ones can play but unfortunately it was not supervised by any supervisor so you have to be with your younger ones there in order to keep an eye on them but for big ones it’s okay. do try them out and let me know how did you find them?
