i have been there on 16 ramadan for iftar , the
food was very nice and tasty and alot of variant collection of salads and maincourse, and the service and staff were very kind , the buffet is very organised .

i do recommend this restaurant for good iftar or buffetexperience.

impressed by the variety of dishes served for ramdan iftar, main dishes were delicious and perfect, few were normal,
dessert dishes were not much but they could make it up by having a good ice cream station.
hot drinks were good and various so the cold drinks.
staff were just friendly, though the place was not crowded.

overall, it was a fantasticexperiencei would love to make it again.

back to serve up a fun brunch, @marriottdowntownad has relaunched its popular weekend brunch; yes you heard me right !! eat, play, laugh is returning to kuzbara, focusing on all three elements of the ultimate brunchingexperience; good food, good drinks and good times.

as we pulled up to the entrance of the swanky hotel, our expectations were sky-high – after all, it’s not everyday that a friday brunch offers games and a resident dj all under the same roof.

there is a strong mix of international cuisine on the brunch menu with carvery stations and a stacked seafood bar, south-east asian street food,malay-thai delicacies, aromatic indian dishes, sushi,pizza & pasta.

the buffet had everything we could possibly want – from the classic tandoori chicken to game-changing chicken wings – if you have a sweet tooth, be prepared to linger around longer at the dessert station.

plus, keeping you busy and offering some entertainment, you can also play a range of games including giant jenga, darts and fusball while you enjoy the spoils.

so, with plenty to eat, play and laugh about, i would definitely recommend marriott downtown’s friday brunch to anybody looking for a fun and fabulous feast on a day off.

hi friends, just wanted to share a very bitterexperienceof kuzbara restaurant at marriott downtown. 😟 we booked the christmas eve dinner for 9 people. i spoke with ms.melody there and asked her for availability for the dinner and also checked with her for the vegetarian options. after 4-5 calls back and forth, she confirmed our reservation and sent us this sms. today, late evening we got a call from this restaurant’s manager saying that our reservation is cancelled as the eve dinner is completely booked ( but we checked for availability before booking, also checked with the chef for veg options). it was a total disappointment even in the way they handled the situation. after 2-3 calls , they gave us the choice to move to al forsan marriott but we have young kids and didn’t want to move our plans last minute out of the city. we didn’t expect such a bad customer service from the marriott brand. now, we have nowhere to go tomorrow and give our children the christmas eve feel. so sad that marriott treats their customers like this, on a festive occasion. if you ever take reservations here, please check multiple times. we all are so super disappointed! 😣🙁☹️

breakfast was superb, as always 😊 sandhiya always welcomes us warmly and suggests new food to try. we keep coming back here with friends and always enjoy theexperience🧡

went for iftar envoirnment is good space is also big there are wide variety of food international arabic and indian and taste is great, wide variety of sweets specially ice cream is also included and plenty of drinks are there and staff is friendly and co-operative too. its awesomeexperiencethere overall definitely will go again.

i had a greatexperiencestaying here verygood and superb service from the hotel especially kuzbara team with abdessamad who makes our diningexperiencefabulous he was always friendly helpful.
would definitely come again and recommend to all travelers looking to stay within the downtown

been there once for brunch and it was a greatexperienceoverall... a lot of options to eat, they have fresh seafood available, indian food, chlices of non alcoholic drinks and above all is the huge selection of desserts.... love it!!!

iftar was a huge disappointment. the location was very crowded, tables too close to each other, and not enough space to move without bumping into people and chairs. our diningexperiencewas ruined by the deafening noise - it was so bad you can't even take a phone call. the buffet was okay, the quality of the food was good but there wasn't enough variety. definitely not worth the 200aed.

we had iftar at kuzbara last year and it was one of the best iftars we've ever had - the buffet had far more variety, the place was reasonably booked and not at all uncomfortably noisy. wish we didn't come back.

went for a buffet night and the spread was exhaustive and delicious.. the chef was kind enough to customize shrimps as per our liking.. would have liked the dessert section to be as good as the mains too, the pista cake was a let down..
service was good so was the ambience.. overall a goodexperience😊

wow what a lovelyexperiencei had at this restaurant. kuzbara one of the best restaurants in abu dhabi. i have been to this place many times and this place has never disappointed me. the food is outstanding and service from grant, a chinese server was super excellent. overall a great place to visit.

something extraordinary , the location in down town , make easy to  be reached , the interior decor very well designed , the food was extremely  good, whatever you like you will find .
what get my attention in this restaurant &  liked it is the people whom is working in it , from the reception  they will welcome you with big smile , the chefs very polite &  will explain every steps for preparing the food in all stations ,even     they might suggest what they think you will like it .
i must to  say these people made ourexperiencevery  joyful , we enjoyed the food & talking to them .
for the management thank you for  choosing such nice professional people to  be among your staff.

went over to kuzbara yesterday after seeing the 4.3 rating in zomato..

the place was nice and fresh.. was almost packed but we were lucky to get a table! the staff are very welcoming and ensures that you are comfortable at all times.. you have high chair seatings as well as the regular set ups.

we opted for the buffet service.. had the entertainer (buy one get one free).. the spread of food is amazing.. from indian, to arabic to sea food etc.. however, i was not really impressed with the taste.. for example, i tried the lamb roast very chewy.. butter chicken did not taste like the regular butter chicken.. it was more like a tomato based gravy..

i did however like the arabic food better.. and the beef roast.. and the umm ali for dessert..

i tasted almost all the dishes and desserts except the sea food section.. and overall it was an okexperiencein terms of food..
